Your retreat is only a couple of blocks from Capitola Beach, and the vibrant Capitola Village is just around the corner. This bottom floor 2 bedroom rental is perfect for a small group wanting to experience Capitola and the Santa Cruz area for a long weekend or a week retreat.

Capitola is located on the beautiful Monterey Bay. The sunny weather and temperate climate make this area year round destination. A laidback California surf town it's the ultimate place for fun and relaxation. Sandy beaches, the famous Shadowbrook Restaurant, vineyards, ocean fishing, exquisite fine dining, and local artists galleries are only a few of what Santa Cruz and Capitola have to offer

This condo offers parking for one car in the carport below this home. For guests traveling with extra vehicles, we recommend parking in one of the two large parking lots just a minute's walk away where you can park for free overnight and a small daily fee.

Annual Girls Trip - Capitola Art and Wine Festival

I must of clicked on wrong property because it wasn't what I thought I had rented but the paperwork gave the address of what I had agreed to. It smelled musty. Floors were not clean. Glasses in cupboard were not clean. Bathroom setup was odd. Furniture setup in one room was odd. It was not what we are use to staying in when we go on vacation in Capitola. The location was great, perfect for going downtown. I will make sure next time that I pay attention to the pics of the place and amenities when I book next time.

It suited our needs

This property is a cinder block home. It was located by my niece’s new shop that she recently opened, which was the reason we booked it. Although, I usually prefer to stay in homes on the river, the location was perfect and it was clean. There is a $141 “linen fee” & I was disappointed that the towels were such low quality.
