"Overall we had a good stay and the staff was very nice. However the building itself could use some TLC. Our room was in the middle of being cleaned upon our arrival - not a big deal, but odd since we checked in after the approved check-in time. Even after the cleaning was completed, there were hairs on the bathroom floor. One of the elevators was not working when I arrived, which meant I had to carry my suitcase up the stairs to the 3rd floor. I reported the issue to the desk and she assured me she would look into it. By the time we returned later that day, it was working again. However, all of the certifications and permits inside of both elevators were 5+ years old, which was a little concerning. Pull-out couch mattress was extremely uncomfortable and seemingly very old. Much of the bathroom could use some maintenance - peeling/moldy caulk, non-working overhead fan, broken tile."
