I liked my stay so much that I re-booked for the end of my trip. As a solo female traveller, the location was excellent, with key Sea Point amenities nearby. Also, key was easy Uber access to the start of the Two Oceans marathon. I left earlier than planned and was probably the first runner at the start in Newlands! Breakfast was great and the room was really comfy, with heating - a must after I got drenched in Cape Town’s rain. I’d previously only stayed in Air bnb’s in COT but I would highly recommend Villa Rosa.

I felt very welcome and loved the overall atmosphere. The food was delicious, the room was comfortable, the staff were friendly and the area felt safe. Easy access to hiking trails just a few blocks away and downtown was walkable in under an hour (or uber was never more than a minute away).
