The hotel is definitely showing signs oif the need for a refurb. Tired flooring in bar and restaurant, ridiculously noisy AC units, doors to balcony need updating as do the bathrooms. Staff were generally excellent and breakfast selection was good. I stayed in a 6th floor Deluxe Executive room but overall I felt I was paying for the location rather than any other luxuries.

Location is fantastic, cross a road and you're in the thick of it in the Waterfront. Area felt safe. Room was average sized, but nice and clean, with comfortable bed and decent shower (no bath in our room).
