Pullman is strategically located despite its neighborhood a little bit scary late night.
The property is operating in a high peak period with only 1 social lift for guests and a second one shared by guests and the staff.
Very poor service at pool restaurant, front desk and house keeping. Big lack of attention to some points like towels replacement (even after a call to front desk, a visit from h ouse keeping and a thirdly request) and liquid sope dispenser at shower.
But the worst experience came from the laundry.
Without any disclaimer, their laundry has a ridiculous policy of payment in order to get your item delivered back to your room. If you don’t ask for it at front desk (and pay), you’ll never receive your clothes back. Never see anything similar to that anywhere around the world.
In brief, this is not what we expect when we book a mid scale Accor brand like Pullman.
