Portico 704 is the perfect spot for a seaside getaway. Located in the popular area of Blouberg in the city of Cape Town you will be spoilt with spectacular views and convenience at your doorstep. The property is within walking distance of the beautiful Blouberg beaches as well as popular beach bars, restaurants and grocery stores. You will find several malls all a short driving distance away and if you feel the need to venture out further there are attractions such as the iconic Table Mountain, The V&A Waterfront, museums and so much more all about 20-30 minutes away.
This exquisite 2 bedroom unit is perfect for a group of friends or a family looking for an unforgettable self-catering stay. The open-plan living space exudes relaxation, offering a fully equipped kitchen with all the culinary essentials, a dining area that comfortably seats four people, and cozy lounge area with a flat-screen TV where you can kick up your feet and switch off from the day-to-day stresses. Leading out from the lounge, through glass sliding doors is a gorgeous undercover balcony with outdoor furniture where you can sit for hours taking in the fresh sea breeze and breathtaking views of Table Mountain and the long stretch of majestic beaches.
The main bedroom offers its guests a double bed with an en-suite bathroom which includes a shower, toilet, and basin whereas the second bedroom offers two single beds and makes use of a separate bathroom including the same features as the en-suite. Both bedrooms have glass sliding doors allowing access to the balcony as well as providing an abundance of natural light and fresh air to enter the room. All linen and towels are provided with your stay.
For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in. All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted. For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge. A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion. Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested. A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
