This is the nicest airport hotel I've ever stayed at and I've stayed at a lot. From the van picking me up to the inexpensive shuttle taking me to the wharf area, it was surprisingly wonderful. The room was delightful--with everything I could possibly want including a small jug of milk for coffee I made in the room. A couple shortbread cookies saved me when I woke up at 2 am hungry due to my long-haul travel. Breakfast was just perfect. A very nice chef made me an excellent omelet made with real eggs. It was cool but I checked out the nature walks in the hotel's back yard. What a nice surprise for an airport hotel.

I found the hotel excellent. The staff were very welcoming. The outside eco pool was lovely, really enjoyed a swim in it. The trail around the gardens was good too. The restaurant was good. The shuttle service to the airport worked very efficiently.

Everything about this hotel is to be recommended. The room was very clean, the beds comfortable. We had an excellent sleep after a long flight. The shuttle bus from the airport was easy to find and runs until the last KLM flight arrives. The hotel also runs a shuttle every 30 mins to the V&A Waterfront, costing 150ZAR. All the saff were very friendly and helpful. There was a wide choice of hot and cold food for breakfast.
