Many rooms with hard floors

This was a 3 night stay for us. I booked a room with 2 queen beds and sofa bed. When we arrived we were given a lower room in the corner under the steps and next to a loud speaker that plays music starting at 8 am. It was very dark in the room with a gray hard floor and no carpet like in the pictures. We asked to change our room and there was only a smaller room available. We were told they would hold the other room for us that would open up the next day. Yet the staff was unsure we could fit a needed air mattress inside. We stayed packed not knowing our fate. We have a family member with severe OCD and if we couldn’t switch rooms we would need to get him home. The switch was made the next day and staff gave us a beautiful room with carpet that faced the ocean. The staff we encountered did not offer us solutions to our issue. I suggested the solutions. It is clear they were trained to make guests happy such as offering free breakfasts instead of getting a new room and putting in the air mattress to make it work. We will not pick this property again. We prefer congress hall.

Absolutely loved this property! Went this past April with my husband and two kids and had a blast! Plenty of dining places to walk to, including their on-site restaurant, which was delicious. 10 out of 10 recommend!

The amenities are great especially the heated pool. Cleaning crew were excellent and texted for our needs. Beach access and amenities are excellent. The staff at the desk need a little bit more personality in welcoming. They checked us in without telling us that the room was not ready and never texted that it was. Parking is very scarce.

We loved this location in Cape May. Far enough from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to walk to everything! The beach is right across the street, restaurant with bar on site, and pool with full bar. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming! We sat outside our room overlooking the restaurant while we listened to live music and enjoyed a drink. It was the perfect vacation! My only complaints were the mattress was harder than I prefer and the pool only stayed open until 8. But, it was great for families!

There were 3 flies in our room and we found it weird became the room smelled and looked clean. When we opened up the sofa bed at night moldy piece of salami fell out. It was late and the office staff was gone already so we couldn’t tell anyone. It was pretty gross.

Way overpriced!!! Through Expedia I paid in excess of $930 for one night. Then they hit me with another $62 fee for area taxes when we checked out. Difficult to park in their lot. So many spaces reserved for valet parking. Clearly it is geared towards young family entertainment with a large pool, which is nice however at 900+ dollars per night. It is ridiculously overpriced. Rooms are nothing to brag about. There are four too many other options elsewhere at much more reasonable pricing to ever consider this as an option.
