Our stay at Icona wzs very nice. The room was very comfortable and clean. I liked that everything was done in white, linens, bath robes, towels etc. The staff was always pleasant and very helpful.

The property is very nice and clean. The room was incredibly small could barely turnaround in the bathroom, ridiculously small. And the mattress on the king size bed we could feel the springs thru,and it was lumpy,really awful, we actually checked out early because of it. Very disappointing.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had a problem with the in room coffee maker and a rep was sent to my room to fix the problem. One day I forgot to pull the "do not disturb" sign and needed towels late (6 7pm?). I called & the towels quickly arrived. Always a "good morning" and a return smile. You are appreciated at the Cape May Icona.

Clean rooms with a nice balcony. Staff was great. Very friendly. On site parking was convenient. They have a shuttle that can take you anywhere you want to go. We did not utilize it and we chose to just drive ourselves and pay for parking at the meters but it is an option. Would definitely stay again!

The staff is great, friendly and professional. The shuttle service brings you anywhere you would like so you don't have to drive and pay for parking. This very well may be the cleanest hotel we've ever stayed in. Some very good eating options within walking distance and the shuttle will take you to ones farther away. Highly recommended!!

While the room is beautiful and updated the AC unit is NOT. It is old and NOISY.... it woke me up several times throughtout the night when turning off or on. I have never had such a horrible night's sleep. NOT WORTH THE $$$. The check out staff said eventually they are updating the ac system. I will NOT recommend anyone stay here until that happens. If you are a light sleeper forget this place!

The hotel is nice but the parking is horrendous. Ceiling height in the garage is so low you cant open your hatch. Also so tight its very hard to get in and out of your vehicle. They dont have enough spaces for every room so you must find your own parking along the streets.

Clean room, comfy bed but room was smaller than expected. Location was great, loved the umbrella/chair service and the shuttle service and both drivers we had were excellent, so friendly and nice. Parking is limited on site, but we didn’t move our car all weekend. Would come back to Icona but not book through expedia due to the $100 plus resort fee they charge and we couldn’t upgrade or change room since it was booked through them as well.

Some issues Outlets did not work needed call to rebook breaker. Toilet didn’t flush. And stood in 2/3 inches dirty water since it did not drain properly. Very sad for $$$$ cost hotel
