Loved our stay and can't say enough good things about this hotel. Breakfast at the pool, complimentary appetizers in the afternoon, area shuttle, movie night for the kids, and fresh baked cookies every night made for a great experience! So many little extras that go a long way!
We always stay here for school vacations and a breather from the usual.
My girls loved the cookies at night! We will stay here again.
Spent a long weekend with the husband on the Cape in the off season. The hotel was centrally located and was within an hour to Provincetown to the north and to Woods Hole in the south. The hotel was clean and the service was excellent. A continental breakfast was included every day. It was very satisfying with a hot buffet, waffle makers, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, bagels, toast, fruit, etc.. The location isn't the greatest part of the Cape, i.e. a little run down, but there were plenty of fine restaurants in the area. I would definitely recommend the hotel but not necessarily the area unless you don't mind driving to other destinations.
Hotel stay was great! Staff was very friendly. They even give free cookies and apps! You need to get there early because they go fast.
excellent staff. nice pool. free breakfast and complimentary coffee all day long. excellent room service
The hotel was nice and clean. Staff was nice. The only thing was that the internet was a little slow.
I thought the room was clean and comfortable My only complaint was the price of the room. I realize it's peak season on Cape Cod, but I needed a place to stay while visiting my sister in the hospital and the cost for the room for one night was at least twice as much as I have paid for similar rooms in other places. Other than that it was great!
we reserved this hotel the last moment and were pleasantly surprised by room quality and comfort.
The staff was friendly and room was clean. Overpriced for location.
This appears to be a brand new Hampton Inn and Suites so everything is fresh, clean, new looking. The bed was very comfortable. There is an indoor pool and hot tub as well as a season outdoor pool. It is conveniently located on Route 28 and has the normal Hampton Inn breakfast offering. Most importantly (and I hope this doesn't change) it was a great value at $100 a night.
Unfortunately we did not have a great experience at the hotel over the Thanksgiving Weekend. Our family and friends have been going to the hotel the last 4 Thanksgivings, but this time was our last. The hotel was full of families from the hockey tournament and they took over the entire lobby area even though there was a designated room for them. The children were running up and down the stairs until midnight until we complained. We are looking into other hotels that can handle the larger groups better than the Hampton Inn has done.
Everyone was just so nice, so accommodating. You could not ask for more!
Hotel was close to all 10 minutes from marina downtown seagull beach Room was very clean and staff was very good
The hotel was clean, conveniently located, staff was great and they had daily activities for the kids (February vacation). The downside was the fact that there was a hockey tourney in town and 4 teams stayed at this hotel. The kids were unruly and some of the parents spent a good portion of the evening drinking (didn't keep the drinks from public viewing), not watching their kids at the pool. The staff did what they could to control the situation. Our stay was much better when they all left on Sunday.
I like Hamptons because of good value vor a decent price. This Hampton went well above it during the week we were here.I was staying with my 9 year old son and they had special kids events all day each day. Ice cream parties, snack attack, pizza parties and live entrtainment. The staff was extremely personable. Would definitely use them again.
Very nice stay, we arrived early and we checked in and enjoyed our family gathering not far from the hotel. Hotel was very quiet, clean and breakfast was provided, they could use a few more tables for eating.
Conveniently located a few minutes from the airport and from shopping and restaurants on Main Street.A spacious room nicely furnished with a microwave,coffee/tea making facilities and most important-an iron which is the first thing I ask for when I check into any hotel. Breakfast was very good with a choice of four hot dishes. The staff were cheerful, polite and helpful. What the hotel needs is a restaurant/coffee shop where a guest who does not need to go out could have a meal. I would stay there again.
Relaxing, great weekend away.
Friendly staff, clean, lots of amneties including indoor/outdoor pool and spa and fitness room with several brand new machines, water, and towels. Plenty of information available at the desk about the area and not far from the Cape Cod Mall with even more restaurants, shops, and movie theatre.
