I needed a one night stay for my business trip. I noticed that this property was relatively new as I entered Hyannis and decided that it would be my choice for the night. Check-in was acceptable, but average. Not a lot of communication, information or hospitality. The property is just over a year old as of this writing. The room showed little or no signs of wear and tear as you would expect with a young property. There were a lot of people in the lobby common area, but I believe they were all family and had gathered for a wedding. Nice walk in shower stall and standard toiletry amenities. Breakfast in the morning was standard, but well presented, fresh and well maintained. Ample parking in the attached lot. Nice stay and I would consider them for future visits.

We stayed here while attending a family funeral. The front desk was accommodating and friendly while allowing our family to practically take over the lobby as we gathered. Breakfast was good and again the staff helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I believe Marriott properties have the MOST comfortable beds!

First stay at the property and I will return. Friendly staff, clean comfortable room. Location excellent for business trip to the Cape. Comp breakfast in a nice dining area. A well maintained property that is symbolic of the Marriott chain.

Housekeeping was pretty good considering my past experiences in other hotels. They don't knock on your door at 8 am, which is nice! My boyfriend and I roomed with his co-worker while they were on a job nearby last year. It was cozy and clean. Plus, I was stuck there all day without a vehicle and could at least go over to the mall for some shopping while the boys worked. I was happy. :)

This is one of the nicer Fairfield Inns that I've stayed. They are conveniently located right next to Cape Cod Mall and you can easily get anywhere around the Cape from there. My room was nice, clean and comfortable. The front staff were friendly and helpful and greeted me as a Platinum. They breakfast is the standard FI fair. Do not hesitate to stay here over the Courtyard down the street if you are a Marriott person, it is a much nicer property.

Stayed here with a group of colleagues over the weekend to attend a retirement party in town. Check-in was pleasant and easy, the room s clean, but not quiet. The hallways and walls produce loud noise, more so than in other areas I have stayed. Couldn't find a place to sit for breakfast in the self-serve area, so had to leave to eat. Most disappointingly, there must have been something wrong with the water boilers and pressure system, as periodically in the shower, the water would all but stop on the first day, then lose hot water. On the morning of the second day, I had no running water for a shower. This was;t particularly acknowledged on check-out, so I am not sure what was happening, nor what to say about it. Also know that there is no restaurant on site. Small snacks and aa self-serve breakfast, yes, but not for lunch nor dinner.

We usually don’t choose to stay in many chain hotels very often, but we have a new favorite in the Fairfield Suites by Marriott chain. We had planned our trip a few weeks in advance, but it just happened to coincide with a monster winter storm that walloped the Cape the day before we arrived, so the hotel was totally full. They handled it beautifully. The rooms are very clean and comfy, and the beds and bedding were heavenly. They’ve spared no expense on this aspect. In addition, despite the fact the hotel was full, our room (on the first floor) was really quiet. I slept very well. The free breakfast suited us just fine. They had good fresh fruit, yogurt, scrambled eggs, cheese omelettes, bacon, turkey sausage, make your own waffles etc. We were 2 adults and 2 children. Breakfast for all of us would have cost at least $30-35 elsewhere, so a good value. There’s a small indoor pool that was enjoyed immensely by the kids. The front desk staff was friendly, helpful and efficient, as were the food service staff and housekeeping. Take care of your excellent staff!! Hard to find good help these days. We will definitely be back (actually, we already booked new dates while we were there).

Located next to the Cape Cod Mall en route to downtown Hyannis. This location is excellent in the sense that the layout affords easy parking as well as easy access to the mall AND being less than a mile from downtown Hyannis that has well over 40 restaurants. Downtown has a ton of unique boutiques and retail as well. The hotel is a recent build with modern decor and coloring scheme. Check-in is as good as it gets with a superb staff that relegates all the detail into simplicity. The rooms afford all modern luxuries including upscale soaps, plush towels, WiFi, Smart TV, refrigerator, Keurig like coffee maker as well as a microwave oven. They also have an indoor salt water pool. A big plus is the lobby area that is set up with a variety of seating arrangements for breakfast or just lounging (with TV monitors). There is no bar but they sell premium beers and wines that you can drink in the open lobby area. Room pricing varies per season. Our February price was about $112.00 for the night. Overall a great experience.

Had a great experience from the time we checked in until we checked out. All of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms, gym, pool and other common areas were well maintained and clean. Complementary breakfast had many choices. Location was great as could walk to the mall next door as well as to a variety of restaurants and a short drive to the downtown area. Our group was very sastified and would plan to stay here again the next time we are in this area of the Cape. This is a family friendly hotel as there were a lot of children during our stay.

It was a good experience at the hotel with good accommodation and clean rooms, they have an excellent complimentary breakfast , but clogged pool drains that water being swept back to the pool, which I think is not the solution, the check in and out took seconds, literally.. hopefully they could fix some minor problems since this place is new..
