This home is perfect for a family vacation, 15 mins to Six Flags and 30 mins to Los Angeles, Santa Monica and San Fernando Valley. Santa Clarita was voted one of the safest cities and family friendly neighborhoods. With in close proximity to many different parks, grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, banks, movie theaters and the Westfield Valencia Mall. Recently remodeled with hardwood floors and title floors in bathroom and kitchen. Fresh painted throughout the house too!
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a fenced private yard.
