Atendimento no check in e check out super rápido. Disponibilizaram o quarto para a família de prontidão. Foram super solicitos. Porém, a limpeza deixou a desejar e o problema maior é que toda a água do banho retorna ao banheiro pois a vazão é muito pequena para escoar tudo. Experiência ruim no banho e com as toalhas com cheiro forte. Café da manhã ok.

Não dei 5 estrelas porque erraram meu quarto, reservei um quarto com 2 camas uma de solteiro e uma de casal, chegando lá tinha apenas 1 cama de casal, fui na recepção e eles resolveram, porem fiquei em um quarto com 2 camas de solteiro, diferente do que a gente havia pedido. Fora isso a estadia foi muito boa e agradável, o quarto era confortável, o café da manhã era ótimo, só acho q deveriam acrescentar frigobar nos quartos.
