The hotel is located in the Cambui area, about a block away from the Tennis Club. It is a great hotel, with a wonderful breakfast. There are many small and large restaurants within walking distance. It is my favorite place there.
I stayed for 4 days. Breakfast is good but food is the same during the duration of my stay. My premium room is very clean. TV programs are in Portuguese. Standard rooms don't have ironing board so I upgraded to premium room. Good location- walking distance to the restaurants.
Stayed here just one night passing through for the airport. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Well layed out to make the most of the space, but not too cramped. The bathroom is a little small, but not bad. The staff was friendly and checked me in early so I could get some much needed sleep. Food in the restaurant for dinner was good, service was spot on. This is my first experience with the Malia brand. Based on this property I will try them in other cities.
I stayed at the Melia Campinas while in Brazil on business. I found the facilities to be modern, the staff to be very accomodating and the room updated and very clean. The location was excellent for finding places for drinks and dinner. I would gladly return to the Melia Campinas on my next trip to Brazil.
If you are travelling for business or pleasure this is a great location to choose. The area that the hotel is located within is very quiet at night and in walking distance to some great restaurants. Make sure to try Cantina Fellini restaurant when you are in the area. You will enjoy the diverse complimentary breakfast for sure.
Several people traveling in our group from the US. Melia went out of their way to accommodate us so well the first time that we booked our return stay with them. Even though we had a language barrier with some employees, Google Translate App worked wonders. It was a nice feeling that several of the employees not only remembered us, but remembered our names as well. Great place
Have stayed in this hotel two nights during a buisness trip. Bought an room upgrade with quicker Internet connnection which wasn't really high-speed, more good avarange. The upgraded room was good standard, not more but has had a good double bed. Got therein a good and deep sleep. Everything was clean. They serve a good breakfast with a lot of options, perfect for a good start in the day. All staff were friendly and courteous, a real plus for this hotel. All in all, a good hotel but value for money is slightly unbalanced.
Very nice hotel situated in the suburbs. Friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms. If you are traveling with kids they provide a 'bathing kit' for them while checking in. Breakfast is good especially for people with sweet tooth 🙂they also have a detox juice which I liked more. Had a pleasant stay and will surely return.
Excellent hotel in the center of campinas with excellent facilities (spacious rooms well decorated, clean, good shower pressure, excellent laundra service). breakfast with excellent fresh juice selection, could have more plain bread and not just cakes. Swimming pool you can use to really swim. Fitness center clean, although a bit small. The best about this hotel is its location in a nice neighbourghood with many restaurants to visit at night (Thai, Italian, Pizza, sushis to name a few). Will go back again when visiting Campinas. Just be careful with the revenue team which tried to charge us again for no-show. luckily, Samantha at the reception was very helpful and kind and solved the problem.
Hotel was a great standard for my stay over the weekend in Campinas. Location was excellent with great selection of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
