Loacation is awesome just in the middle of the fort, walking distance from all attractions, the water taste really weird, get your own bottles, beside that the room was lovely, it looks pretty new, shower needs a pump, there is no cascade only a few drops

The hotel is ideally located, only four houses from the main square. The hotel is in a historic building. The room not very spacious and does not have windows. The bed is comfortable. WiFi is good. You will not see any staff.

WiFi didn’t work in my room for the entire stay, which also meant no TV service. The issue wasn’t resolved in time to make my stay comfortable. I’m very disappointed with the customer support and how the situation was handled. I wouldn’t recommend this place or consider staying here again, there are definitely better options nearby.

If you like to use the WC, the WiFi, to have good coverage in your room, to have no problems checking in, to have useful staff, and to shower with soap, this is NOT the place to stay. First of all, you never get the codes while checking in. When you get to the place there’s no one there, and you need to call a number where nobody picks up. Then, someone answers and practically says that you are a little bit dumb for not knowing where to look for the access codes. The WC doesn’t have a seat. I reported that and never have an answer. The WiFi is terrible. It doesn’t get any signal inside the room. So if you need to use the internet you need to get out (where is very hot and humid). So you need to choose between WiFi or A/C, you can’t have both. The shower has no soap but I decided not to report it since I didn’t receive any help checking in and didn’t receive any help reporting the missing seat of the WC.

Hotel con excelente ubicación a media cuadra de plaza principal en el centro. Habitación muy grande y cómoda con todas las amenidades. Excelente plus de uso de bicicletas, cocina y centro de lavado ya incluído en el costo de la habitación. El personal de limpieza muy amable y servicial. Están construyendo un café dentro de la misma propiedad que se vé quedará muy bonito. Definitivamente regresaría. Al lado hay un restaruante que abre las 24 horas.
