Perfect location, elegance took my breath away, dining room reminds me of more elegant times, food very good even for a vegetarian. Friendly attentive staff. Across the street from a park and museum/botanical garden. Easy access to Malecon, El Cento, major sites and route 180.

It’s an attractive hotel and elegant. The staff are excellent and helpful. The restaurant has an extensive and quality menu at great prices. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained. The location is excellent.
I found the small swiming pool not very clean
In general I liked the hotel except for the pool that is too small but besides that is a nice hotel
Pretty hotel but limited menu options and the fact the key stopped working every single time we used it, and we had to go back down to reception if we forgot to reactivate it before going up to our rooms, it killed it for us. Nothing more frustrating than a key that does not work. Once, I even reactivated BEFORE i went up so I would not have to come back down, and it STILL would not open my door. We had two rooms, so it was not limited to just my room/key.
The location of this hotel is perfect. Walking distance to all the restaurants and the downtown zocalo. Beautiful location with parking on the interior of the facility. That was great for us since we were travelling. Would definitely stay here again!
Like Campeche itself, Hotel Plaza Campeche exceeded our expectations. The hotel is simply beautiful with a wonderful staff. Our room was super comfortable in every way with a deck that provided a great place to lounge and enjoy the view. Campeche has ample great restaurants, but I think the Hotel’s restaurant was the best! The coconut shrimp is unbelievably good!! Aside from our deck, the hotel also has a great lobby, nice bar and a courtyard with small pool and lounging area. My only disappointment (minor) was that the hotel did not have bottled water available to guests after the restaurant closes. Guests needing water after hours need to walk a half block to a 24 hour convenience store.
