The hotel brought me back to the 1950s everything about it was absolutely wonderful but basic. I do not need more than what they offered a clean, comfortable room with a beautiful view of the pool, a comfortable bed and nice bedding. A shower and clean bathroom. The staff was wonderful Polite, kind, and helpful The dining room was lovely and I had a wonderful breakfast there. The pool area was clean and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay there again.

El personal muy amable pero las instalaciones y al mobiliario ya se le ven los años. No hay casi enchufes donde conectar las cosas. Incluso había una cafetera en la habitación pero no era factible conectarla. Mi esposo usa respirador en la noche y tampoco había cómo conectarlo.

We travel to Campeche approximately once a year and have been staying at the Hotel Plaza Campeche for several years. We have always been impressed with the hotel (cleanliness and service), but this year I would say was the best service we've experienced so far. All the employees are on the lookout for anything that may need fixing and promptly attend to it (for example, a loose panel on the ceiling). The room service menu was limited, but the restaurant dining was outstanding in terms of quality and service.
