"Parking was great, staff seemed friendly...now for the room experience. When we first walked in, it smelt pretty bad...like wet gym socks. We cranked the AC and sprayed some of our own fragrance and it seemed to help. As I sat on the bed, there was this small pesky bug that wouldn't go away. Didn't think much of it.
When we woke up the next morning, we headed downstairs for breakfast. Pretty typical free hotel breakfast set up. Nothing spectacular. Head back to the room, place my coffee on the counter and only to return a little while later to a cup full of bugs.
Went downstairs and made mention to the staff, and she said she would send housekeeping to the room. Not sure where the bugs came from or what the small was but definitely not what we expected."
