We enjoyed the overall service and the food was great. Great views of the pyramids in the distance. One of the elevators did not work and the door to our room was getting stuck when opening/closing. We didn't get to enjoy the pool because they close it after 6pm. We were hoping to have some drinks by the pool at least but the pool bar was closed too.
