It is right across the street from the entrance to the Pyramids! The Pyramid light show can be dr groom the roof top, every room has a view of the Pramids, comfortable need and pillows, a variety for the included breakfast, nearby eating places, easy access for transportation, pleasant staff, heat and air condtioning, Windows that open. I've already made plans to go back!
This hotel was absolutely perfect! It is directly in front of the Sphinx & I had a perfect view of all the pyramids from my bedroom window. The rooftop also offered an even better view and is perfect for watching the Sound & Light show at night. Also, the staff is very friendly & helpful and make sure your stay is very comfortable & the breakfast is the morning is very delicious and free.
The hosts are amazing. Kind and considerate, good advice for visiting pyramids, made me a breakfast box since my flight was early. Amazing view of pyramids, roof terrace not to be missed, AC worked like a dream in the room.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I arrived rather late and Ahmed greeted me upon arrival. The facility is clean and postage is clear. Super close to the pyramid entrance.

The view from our room was AMAZING, the room was huge and clean. The staff treated us like FAMILY. They go beyond what hotel staff would do to accommodate you & they do it with a Smile.Ready & willing to help 24/7 Every tour well organized & on time. Best vacation FAR.
The hotel staff are incredibly, incredibly friendly. They would like to help you, but can also try to oversell you. Uber is cheaper between the hotel and the airport. It costs about 7-8 euros versus the hotel's 23 euros. The difference is that the hotel's service meets you inside the airport if that is important to you. Visitors need to buy a 23 euro visa for entry into Egypt too, so purchase this at the bank in front of the passport control before waiting to see the passport control agent. It can be noisy in the streets, but this is just Cairo. I think the value of this hotel is perfect, and great for budget travelers.

Guardian Guest House (GGH) is located across the street from the entrance of the Pyramids and the Sphinx - there is no need for taxis or tour buses to visit the site. From most rooms windows above the guest house entrance, you have an excellent panoramic view of the Pyramids. We spent four nights at GGH, and were pleasantly overwhelm by the kindness and generosity of our host and staff. GGH made arrangements to have their staff meet us at Cairo Airport and assisted us getting a VISA on Arrival and Shuttle Ride to the Guest House in Giza - free of charge. Breakfast is included with the room rates, the foods provided is a mixture of local Egyptian vegetarian meals and assortment of sweet cakes, etc. Limited European style foods are available. However, the overall meal experience was nutritious and enjoyable. The host (remarkable elder woman) and staff easily engages their visitors with good conversations and we felt very welcome in the guest house. From the roof of GGH, you can enjoy every night the Sound & Light Show at the Pyramids of Giza.
If you are seeking a good, clean, friendly, hassle-free environment near the pyramids, this is it. Just be sure you get a room with the pyramid view. We watched the sunrise each morning light up the pyramids, and then the Sphinx, from bed. You can walk to the Sphinx in just a few minutes, after a fresh breakfast of omelets or falafel on the rooftop. Most of the staff are very sweet and helpful, especially Mahmoud, one of the young men who grew up here, with his parents as caretakers of the guest house. This place is Egyptian-owned, which is a plus. Although the owner now lives in the US, she is here often and works as a travel agent, and she knows the hospitality business well.

As for the airport meet, greet and transfer service, yes, we charge $25, however, you get a tourist van to pick you up from the airport, a representative that meets you INSIDE the airport to assist you getting the visa, going through immigration, passport control, baggage claim and customs. It is an extra service and comfort for clients.
