My family stay here was absolutely amazing and very comfortable. Staff were very kind and attentive , making sure we were happy and comfortable at all times. My room was lovely clean and had a lovely balcony looking over the swimming pool. Restaurant in the hotel was the best and food was delicious. Hotel provided tour guide and car at an extra cost to see the pyramids and other sight seeing and it was all very worth it as I felt safe travelling with them with my family . You can see the pyramid view from restaurant while dining. The best part is the Pyramids are only 20 minute drive from the hotel. Other tourist places like the Eygptian museum , Mall of Eygpt, famous Mosque of Muhammad Ali are all within an hours drive of the hotel if not less.
Mazar Pyramids is one of the best hotels I have stayed in and it made my trip to Eygpt most wonderful
Stayed in Egypt on a layover, decided to get a hotel in Giza to visit the Pyramids.
For anyone going to Giza, Mazar was an exceptional, albeit short stay. The staff were some of the most pleasant, and helpful people I met in Egypt.
We only got a basic room, but even then came at a very nice quality for the price.
Again, would like to state this was some of the best staff I’ve experienced at any hotel!
Everything was perfect, the staff was really friendly, professionnal at the restaurant, the reception, the pool...
We will surely come back to this amazing hôtel. We recommend at 100%
Thanks for all
We enjoyed the accommodations! Beautiful hotel and very nice staff! The restaurant was so good and we enjoyed the fresh pressed juices so much! 10/10 great view and perfect stay.
This property is amazing. It would be considered a 3 star hotel in florida but its a 5 star here in Giza. The hotel have their own resturant. The food taste good. The pool is amazing. It would be safer if they put signs like watch your step or yellow/white lines which indicate that there are steps inside the pool. I fell qhile in the pool several times because there was different steps inside the pool.
The view of the pyramids from my suite was incredible. I had a spa suite and you could sit in the spa and see all 3 pyramids. The suite itself was gorgeous but the staff in particular Omar and Eisha went above and beyond for me and as a solo traveller they made my stay at this amazing hotel fantastic. They have a great pool to relax in but the staff were just beautiful. thank you again for everything
Hotel is clean, fresh, and well staffed. Pool is small but delightful. The swim up "bar" made delicious smoothies (but no alcoholic drinks in this muslim country, which was fine for us.)
The room I picked promised a view of the pyramids of Giza and it did not disappoint!
The top floor dining area also had great food and terrific views.
It's a bit removed from the city but was well situated for what we came to see on our short trip.

they don’t change sheets when housekeeping comes in they just make the bed with existing sheets, they say that shuttle is available with the hotel but later on change it to being priced on its own, they also say they have WiFi but it’s very poor to the point it can’t be used and they don’t try to fix the issue
We loved the hotel. Omar is excellent. He was always smiling and making sure we had the best experience in Cairo. The tours he organized for us were perfect. Rida, our guide, was very knowledgeable, we learned many interesting history facts about the sites we visited. Our driver G was pontual and fun to be around.
Lovely, modern hotel. Spacious room with comfortable beds, ample sockets and good lighting. Very nice bathroom with a big walk in shower. Our room had a balcony with a view of the pyramids. There is also a wonderful roof terrace where you can relax and take in the view. Excellent restaurant - very reasonably priced. There is a lovely pool area too. The staff could not be more helpful - especially Omar who helped organise our airport transfers and guided tour of the pyramids.
The hotel is really nice, clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
We had a great stay. Staff was super sweet, however the hot tub/bath tub, was a major let down. It never had hot water and took almost two hours to fill. We tried to fill it 4 different times and always had the same problem. One night we even committed to waiting but by the time the slightly warm water finally filled the whole tub, it was cold. So we didn’t use it (which was a major reason I booked the room) Still the hotel and restaurant was very nice and the view was amazing.
The hotel is really nice. All staff, without exception, were fantastic! we had a few very minor issues with things and they were sorted immediately. Reception went to a lot of effort to get us replacement tickets for our train after the our flight to Luxor was canceled.
The roof top restaurant is a really nice place to eat, with views of the Great Pyramids, the food was exceptionally good and very reasonably priced.
Only down side, the road outside is quite busy so you get some traffic noise in the room.
The reason i marked down the area around the property is, its not just the area around the property that's run down, its the whole of Cairo. But you just have to get into the spirit of the city. All of the local people we met while out on the street were really friendly, and we never felt threatened in any way.
Cairo is an eye-opener, so be prepared!
This property passed my expectations. The staff are very welcoming and friendly! Omar set up 2 days of activities with transportation that met my expectations! The Patio has a great views of the pyramids and the food is delicious definitely would recommend this hotel.

New hotel with modern designs and well decorated. The view from the rooftop is a perfect view for the pyramids. Food was subpar but many options on menu. They do not sell alcohol at the “bar” I wish we would’ve known that before paying $80 for their new years dinner. Most of the staff were great especially Omar. He made us feel welcome as soon as we walked through the door and make sure to check on us the 3 days we were there.
The hot water only lasted about 4 mins. And the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. There is not heat in the building. We made a complaint the first night and the said heaters were coming, but never did. The next day we threatened to check out and they suddenly had heaters. The heater did work well, but it worked good enough. The WiFi goes in and out so it wasn’t reliable. The location is not in walking distance of any restaurant or stores. We arrange rides through the hotel and they never showed on time. Including our ride back to airport that we prepaid. We had to find another ride. Do not book excursions through the hotel. They are very expensive and unreliable.
We had room facing the road with view of pyramids, however there was no sound proofing and it felt like we were sleeping on the road. There was constant traffic noise.
Poor hot water supply, ran out after every 5 min and then you have to wait for 15 min to get it back.
We booked hotel shuttle service and even confirmed a day before over phone, yet no one arrived at the arrivals at Cairo International Airport. We called many times but no one picked up the phone. Finally we had to grab a taxi who charged us heavily.
There was no al-a-carte dinner on new years eve and were only left with the option to eat their $60 buffet. And we couldn't find any other place to have dinner nearby on walking distance and we were too tired after a long day out to take taxi to go far out.
Very poor Wifi signals in the room. Would come and go.
