The staff was really nice. The room of hotel was nice but idk not worth the price tho. The breakfast was disgusting (rewrapped old cold food) and the utensils were dirty.
I’m from the US and my stay was amazing! The staff is friendly and welcoming and made me feel safe the entire time. Their hospitality is unmatched. They offer excursions and tours and free airport pick up. The best part was the view! I stayed in the deluxe king jacuzzi suite and the view was breathtaking! There is even a light show you can see from the rooftop. There’s a rooftop restaurant and bar and breakfast too. Everything was amazing! I highly recommend. I’m glad this was recommended through Orbitz I had a great time!
If you book the upstairs rooms that have the view of the pyramid, you can’t go wrong! Be prepared that it will feel different if you’re used to western world manicured neighborhoods. When we pulled in at 2:30 AM, it was a little shocking to see the condition of the surrounding neighborhood, and there were more camels asleep in the parking lot than cars — and about 100 horses sleeping across the street. But the staff is so friendly and warm and the view of the pyramid was so fantastic and the food was good so really, we were grateful for such a good place to stay.
This lovely property was truly an Egyptian experience. It is owned and operated by a family and this is what makes the experience exceptional. The attention to detail: from delicious fresh meals, tour guides that cater to your every wish and need (thank you Sad and George). I loved sitting on my balcony and watching the hustle and bustle of the people of Giza. My morning walks were refreshing and exciting! Please stay at this hotel I’d you want a true Egyptian experience. I love Egypt because the people at this hotel were warm and friendly and made my stay in an exotic country wonderful!
Stayed in a delux suite for my birthday.. nothing short of amazing views and service. Happened to meet the owner, he, a manager and the entire staff were amazing!! Thanks for everything again!!
This was an excellent hotel to stay at. The staff was very friendly and the view of the pyramids was excellent. Lots of things to do within walking distance. I will definitely return and stay here.
AmaZing place with a rooftop where you can eat and enjoy the view! Town Giza itself is safe and has marvelous restaurants!

On the bright side, the desk staff id friendly and helpful.... good people! Restarant staff are awful, lazy, sleeping ignores customers, no work ethic... Food quality very lacking! They will let you sit waiting to order till you rot. Still good hotel and enjoyed my stay.

It was our first time travelling to Egypt and we felt very secured as soon as we got to the hotel. This is the best view for the pyramids especially for the sound and light show at the rooftop. We met the owner of the hotel and he invited us for dinner to try real egyptian food which was delicious. The owner and the staff were very humble and helpful. We booked tours directly from them and had great deals. Everything was just great and I recommend this hotel to anyone coming from the U.S. This was home away from home! We will come back with more friends!

We wanted to be close to the Pyramids and this Hotel has an excellent location, a great view day and night, the staff is really friendly and helpful in every aspect, I have no complain at all about the service neither the location of the hotel.
La ubicacion es Excelente. Los cuartos no tienen vista a las piramides pero en la terraza, se ven perfectamente y podemos ver el show de luz y sonido sin costo adicional. Si quieres caminar hasta las piramides puedes ir a pie unos 5 -10 minutos. Al frente del hotel hay caballos y camellos que te pueden llevar y dar la vuelta completa sin apuros.
