Pros - Fantastic View from the rooftop and breakfast. (tip a little and the staff will really take care of you) feeling of being safe in a "challenging" area. Very nice staff. For what we paid - it was fine. Cons - Location has a lot animals in close proximity - Horses, camels, dogs, which create a smell and noise at night. This is not unique for the immediate area. Older property but maintained well, could use new towels, etc. had challenges with consistent wifi in the room but hot water and AC/heat worked well in our room. This was our first stay in Cairo area and we wanted a view and safe spot above all. - if you want a great view and good breakfast for a good price - this is a solid choice. You do get what you pay for so keep that in mind if your looking for "western" hotel standards...

Do yourself a favour and do not book with this hotel the only thing good about it was the view other than that they will get you in a tourist trap that will cost you thousands of dollars very little experience for the money that you will pay worst travel trip I have ever had in my entire life outside of the staff Wife who is a travel agent. Everything else was crap will never come back to this country and will never stay with this hotel ever again furthermore, the manager trapped myself and my husband in the lobby and forced us in a previous day to give a good review and I felt extremely intimidated and threatened. Did not feel safe the entire time do not book here. Do yourself a favour and do not book here

Arrived from airport after midnight and was asked to take a seat. We were exhausted after over 24 hours of travel. We were told the room we had booked over 6 mos ago was not available. He said there was a problem with the room and that we could move the next day. He tried to get us to commit to their private car to take us to papyrus and cotton shops. We were absolutely exhausted and just wanted to go to our room but he kept pushing trying to get a time for the car tour. He wouldn't give us keys to the room without telling him what time he could call us for the trip we didn't want. After moving the next day to the pyramid view room that we had paid for (there are only 3 rooms) we spoke with other guests in the pyramid view rooms. They had the same experience with their room not being ready. They said that guests were in our room the previous evening. They are double booking and this is not acceptable. The AC didn't work well. Room was extremely hot. No compensation offered and when we explained at check out that we were not happy since we paid for the view room. They then continued to book us transportation to the airport at 3 times the price stating that tip was already included. The Driver demanded extra to give us our suitcases even though we paid hotel . The smell of horses and livestock is nauseating, flies are a huge problem, dishes are not clean and breakfast buffet is not heated to safe temperatures. The good part, great view, nice bar staff and housekeeping.

Staff booked us with Nada as our tour guide, she is a 10 out of 10. Great English and very knowledgeable! Best time ever!!! Highly recommend

The view of this hotel is incredible!!! Manager helped us out when suitcase broke in middle of night & gave us free ride to get another bag. Best view in Cairo!

I was here last week. In front of the hotel smelled of Camel poop. Granted the location for the camel used for the camel rides parked their camel in front. But it smelled so so bad. The first day we got here there was a middle aged man and a guy in his early 20’s who greeted us behind the desk. They interrogated me and my girlfriend to find out if we booked all our excursions. Which we answered we did because we were prepared for the trip. They immediately their demeanor changed. And they seemed very upset. Infact… the younger guy in his 20’s never greeted or said hello to us again after he found out that we book our tours prior coming to Egypt. They had promised us through Expedia that the rides from the hotel to the airport was included…. He denied our ride goin going back to the airport when it was time to leave. He actually challenged us that they didn’t offer the service. And this free option is on this Expedia website. He seemed so annoyed where it was uncomfortable.The rest of the staff… weee actually very nice. All of the guys on the rooftop where our room was located was amazing very kind and sweet. The person responsible for cleaning the room did a great job, the complimentary breakfast was great. The room had an AMAZING VIEW of the pyramids. This is the only reason why i didn’t give them all low scores. We didn’t get this service or treatment in Cairo or Luxor. The service there was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. The luxe room with a tub was disappointing. The tub was dirty, did not work properly, and it took about 2.5 hours for the water to fill. The water also had a yellowish color, which was concerning. While the cleaning staff were nice and friendly, the tour guide was extremely aggressive, repeatedly pressuring me to purchase a tour package even after I declined multiple times. Additionally, I never received the airport pickup that I qualified for—no one was outside with my name upon arrival. Overall, this was not a good experience, and I would not recommend booking here unless you only want to stay one night for photos.

I stayed at the Best Views Pyramids hotel the staff is really friendly will help set up any tours you are interested and they have a roof top with perfects views of the pyramids along with a restaurant/ bar where you can enjoy delicious food and great views at a great price. They have 24hrs airport shuttle and reception. Great location and safe! Highly recommend and will be staying here again on my next trip to Egypt❤️🇺🇲

My husband and I absolutely loved the property, it was right in front of the pyramids with an awe-inspiring view. We were able to watch the light and sound show right from the rooftop. The staff was very very friendly and they were very, very accommodating and saw to our every need. The hotel owner and his wife Rania were the sweetest people. they even gave us a beautiful gift as a token of appreciation. We had arrived very late at the airport, but our driver was there waiting for us. They even arranged for our early morning flight out of Cairo with a driver. I don’t have enough words to say what a nice trip it was for us. I would highly recommend this property to everyone. We felt perfectly safe and comfortable here.

I have very mixed feelings about this hotel. After four confirmations for my midnight airport pickup, no one showed. I waited over an hour, called three times, no answer, and finally had to deal with aggressive drivers before arriving at 2 a.m. The staff insisted they were there and blamed me, even when I showed them my call log. The rooftop, however, is stunning. Watching the pyramids at sunset is unforgettable, and for 1–2 nights this place is worth it. But beyond that, the area feels unsafe and uncomfortable—constant harassment, animal waste everywhere, and far from most Cairo attractions. Staying four nights was a mistake. Do not book excursions through the hotel. Both pyramid tours involved guides begging for tips more than guiding. The Nile cruise was booked for the wrong night, wasting my evening, and when rebooked it was a filthy, smoky boat nothing like the “5-star” one promised. The ATV “sunset photography tour” stuck a child on the front of my ATV, drove through trash-filled alleys, and then told me I couldn’t use my camera. Worst of all, the owner later tried to attempted pressure me into leaving a 5-star review (which he sometimes writes himself on guests’ phones some of the 1-2 star reviews warn). Pros: rooftop pyramid views, great for 1–2 nights. The kid working the morning that sweeps was super nice so was the chefs Cons: missed airport pickup, unsafe area, far from attractions, misleading and poorly run tours, pressured for fake reviews.

Ac wasnt working in the pyramid view room with the jaccuzi. So they changed me to a room without any view and didnt even refund the difference eventhough it was a cheaper room on expedia. Locals outside are very very annoying. Better book your activities and excusions in advance with a local guide to avoid walking in the streets and sidewalks with locals

Lovely view of the pyramids from the premium room. Friendly and helpful staff. There was a hot tub in our room although the water pressure is so low that it would take forever to fill up the bath even to a third of the level. A decent place to stay for a night while in Cairo although the surrounding area and hotel entrance road is not ideal.

I stayed with family for few days and loved the place. Beautiful and best pyramids view from the roof top. They have suits on the roof top that you can see the pyramids while in your suite. Enjoyed the jacuzzi in suite while looking at the pyramids. Very helpful staff to advise you on your plans. The owner stayed at the premises most of the time and very friendly with everyone. Thanks for the hospitality!!!

A very clean, reasonably priced, comfortable hotel, probably one of the best in Giza, with a fantastic rooftop view of the pyramids. Good variety of breakfast goods combining continental and Egyptian options such as foul medames, flatbreads and salad. Staff throughout were friendly and helpful. My room was spotless, spacious, had effective aircon and the bed was firm and comfortable. I never used the jacuzzi. Perfect for a few days stay. But the standout for me was the rooftop restaurant from where you can breakfast and dine with a stunning view of the pyramids, including the evening sound-and-light show. The hotel also gives a free lift from the airport.

Mr.Fawzi, General Mngr was a true professional & very hospitable. Always communicated promptly. Views from the rooftop terrace was insanely beautiful & we felt staying among the Pyramids very nostalgic. Good breakfast. Ms.Rania, Guest relations offered the best tour to Alexandria. Had some sewerage smell issues which was finally resolved by Adam, the owner. Overall highly recommend all to stay here & be treated like family! Everything is within walking distance. We travelled as a group of friends, all women. We arrived at 11.30 am and although check in was not until 2pm we wete able to go straight to our room. The welcome from the staff was very friendly and they were extremely helpfull, the owner was present during our check in and offered us free use of car and driver to show us the local area, we were unable to take up his kind offer as had already made plans prior to travelling to Cairo, which I would highly recommend if only staying a couple of days. We stayed in the luxury suites with private balcony situated above the rooftop seating area which overlooks the Sphinx and Pyramids. The hotel is worthy of its name with jaw dropping views. Unfortunately and no fault of the hotel there was a power cut in the evening for approx 3-4 hours so unable to shower, no air conditioning and unable to charge our phones. The power cut also impacted on the Pyramid light & sound show which did not go ahead which was a disappointment. The hotel is situated around the corner to the entrance of the Pyramids and the area surrounding the hotel is a working area with horses and camels kept outside of the hotel overnight, great traditional feel but may not be to everyone's taste. We all had a truly amazing time during our stay in Cairo and would highly recommend, we felt totally safe during our time in Cairo. Cairo is very hussle and bustle and there are no driving rules on the roads, but this just added to the experience.

価格がリーズナブルでギザの近くのホテルでこの価格ならいいと思います。 一度停電しましたが，政府が止めたとのことでした。 受付の人も優しく，ここのホテルのオーナーの人も親切でこの文章も一緒に書いています。 ただ、ホテルの周りは馬が多く臭いですが，ホテルの中は匂わず大丈夫です。 最後にここのホテルのルーフトップからの景色は非常に綺麗で夕陽がちょうどギザと同じ方に沈んで行って綺麗でした。 ありがとうございました。❤️❤️❤️ 高評価です！best view pyramid hotel!!!! No.1 安心で快適です！ 素晴らしいサービスでした！

Great Hotel Experience in Pyramid Central

Such a great experience. Firstly, check-in is open 24 hours which is a blessing as I arrived to the hotel around 1:30AM after a very long and demanding travel period, reception couldn't have been any nicer. From day one the staff made every attempt to guarantee my stay was a pleasurable experience. Breakfast is delicious and varied with traditional Egyptian vegetarian options and pastries, coffee, etc., and is served till 11AM. I was able to do the Pyramids before the heat arrived and still made it and requested an omelette. Getting to the GEM from the hotel is a breeze and the on-site taxi service is a simple request. I used this option on a few occasions. The bar and restaurant offer drinks and food into the evening and I also used this option, the mixed grille was delicious and what a view! Room nice and cold, comfy bed, hot shower and clean. Nothing to complain about. I additional enjoyed the cultural experience given the location of the hotel. Highly recommended. Sad I had to leave.
