The room was spacious, with an excellent desk and very comfortable bed. The bathroom is good, shower and bath. Although the hotel is in a noisy traffic area, the room was not noisy. The breakfast is extremely good, a great array or Arabic and Western food, and good coffee. The hotel internet is also quite fast. Only one slightly off note is that the elevator security system is not very user friendly, as a result, I had several un-intended trips up and down.
This is one of the worst hotel I have ever been to. I checked in with a large group and the staff are beyond terrible they don’t know anything about how to be professional. They lack the experience and the right training from the bell man going up to one if the top management. We checked in within 2 hours and half because the hotel apparently seemed surprised with our visit although they were notified and we checked in at 5:30 PM and surprisingly the majority of the rooms weren’t ready what kind of hotel doesn’t have its rooms ready at 5:30 PM and they know that such number are coming. When you speak to any of the staff they don’t know anything about what to do and the world extremely rude is an understatement. The only nice thing about the hotel, but its not even a reason to make me come again is that the rooms are extremely clean and nice.
מלון במיקום מעולה. עם תצפית לנילוס. חדרים מרווחים ומקלחת נוחה. תאורה בחדרים מצוינת. מקרר, כספת, קומקום בחדר. ארוחת בוקר מצוינת Hotel is in an excellent location. With a view of the Nile. Spacious rooms and comfortable shower. Lighting in excellent rooms. Refrigerator, safe, and a kettle in the room. Excellent breakfast

When I arrived there was only 2 receptionists and they really need more training about welcoming and talking with guests, they rude and argumentative like they could go far in arguments and stared to guests in angry way. They left me while I’m just say hi and go to serve one beautiful lady, I didn’t say anything first, after a minute I called him cause I’m new guest just arrived from airport, then he start the argument with no single word to apology . Building and name is Sheraton but staff I think they maybe think it a guest house Thanks
We had a nice time at the hotel, great breakfast selection, nice views, although the staff could be friendlier. Ask for a room with a balcony facing the Nile River, it is an amazing view to have! We tried the spa but it was always full.... a shame
I would have given a 3 star rating if the hotel wasn’t new and modern. I checked in through the app, which I usually do with S hotels and this makes check in at the desk easier. Not this time, it took me almost 20 minutes to get my room keys (remember I already checked in on the app). My partners booked the room so I had no idea what type of room it was, i simply asked if our room was overlooking the Nike. But the person checking us in abruptly said “no you have to pay for a view room”. I was taken back that reply. If she simply asked if I would like to upgrade the room, I would’ve gladly done it given that the difference is not that much. All in all, beautiful new hotel but service wasn’t the up to par to what I’m used to with the Spg brand.
I like the hotel i found it excellent , it has 2 towers , parking , decoration of lobby and ground floor was excellent .. the room was big and tidy , decoration of the room was beautiful , i have nile view , room has big terrace or balcony , a coffee and tea tray is available with different flavors of tea packets , breakfast was delicious 😋 i love their bakery ❤️.. hospitality at every place since you enter the gate ,, hotel near a lot of places like the opera , cairo tower , many restaurant and coffee shops ,, i love being there , wish to go again soon .

After spending 1 week in Luxor, we came to Cairo and stayed at the Sheraton. The building is new and everything works to perfection except that their swimming pool is not heated and it is cold in December. Their food is amazing, the gym and the Jacuzzi is my favorite places in the hotel. The gym is so big that I sometimes will come looking for my husband and will give up after looking for him in one or 2 corners. It is big and has all the machines you can Imagine. You can play YouTube videos while you exercise, it is my first time to see such a gym. During my exercises, they have men who help couch you. There is always a women in the restroom /Jacuzzi area to help you with whatever you need. The casino is big and full of people but we don't gamble so we didn't hangout there. We watch some Bellydance as well. The Sheraton in Cairo doesn't disappoint you. I love them.
