Went in to have dinner with a party of about 20, and I was pleasantly impressed...courteous, attentive, professional staff. Didn't enter any of the rooms or stay long enough to get a feel of the place, but it was Well worth the visit Highly recommended though.....
Located in great area. Near bridge downtown and major attractions are is very noisey as drivers honk horns all the time. Good lobby and restaurant, rooms are clean and with amenities. Safe area to stay with family.

This was a wonderful hotel to stay in while in Cairo. We spent 4 nights there with our children in an adjoining room. It might have helped that a manager there was the niece of my boss but I think everyone would get this same level of service. Our room was on the 27th floor on the Nile side. We would see the pyramids from our balcony. They arranged a driver for us. I have driven in some crazy places but even I wouldn't attempt those streets. This driver was amazing in how he could cross 6 lanes of traffic with just the horn and a wave of his hand. He picked us up in the morning, took us wherever we wanted to go, waited at each location for us, and took us back to the hotel at night. He even cane back one night to take us to the light and sound show at the pyramids. The restaurant was excellent. We ate the wonderful buffet breakfast there every morning. My 3 year old daughter wanted pancakes, which were not on the buffet, so the chef came out and although she wasn't sure what a pancake was - she tried her best. What she brought were more like crepes, My wife said they were delicious because my daughter refused to eat them and my wife didn't want the chef to know that after the effort she made for us. The hotel arranged a babysitter for us so my wife and I could take a Nile dinner cruise. I don't know if I would have done that if my boss's niece hadn't made the arrangements, but it worked out great.
I stayed here with my mum, and it was walking distance to the museum and shops, loved the scenery and the people great place to stay. We walked to the museum, and shops, you just need to be careful, and take care when you are out and about.

Location is good. But very crowded during rush hour. Rooms are large but needs bit more care. Room service was ok. Burgers and sandwichs are the best to order. Lobby cafe was good. To chill afternoon and have a tea or coffee. Needs to improve. but overall was ok.
