I stay only one night first day was too bad and stuff wasn’t helpful but second day every thing changed after complaining. I don’t know why should make a complain in a resort where I seek for calming and service !

We arrived at 9am, so our room was not ready, but we were hungry and thirsty and the hotel staff was not helpful with guiding us to where we could get something to eat and drink while we waited, so we didn’t get anything until the room was ready and we could order room service. The exterior view of the resort was nice, but our room did not have the appearance of a room that is in a 4 or 5 star hotel. The sofa that was in our room was so old and dirty that I covered it with a blanket so I wouldn’t have to look at it. I took a picture of it to share. The rooms are very dated and needs a remodel. We were so glad that we were only staying one night:

we had AC issues and was never able to get any help, had to sleep with windows open all 4 nights there. for this being a 5 star place, it was far from it.
