Property is nice. Golf staff was not friendly. Rest of the staff were great. Area was ok. Rooms were nice.
For a five star hotel you’d expect full service of amenities, well well well, when we were there the pool was caution taped off and no water was inside the whole time we were there. I understand that you need to maintenance the pool but it shouldn’t take a week to do so, I’m sure it still isn’t fixed. It was such an eye sore and we didn’t get to use the hot tub. And don’t get me started on the WiFi— they charge $9 a day to use it!! As well as the breakfast buffet. At the price we pay these small things should be included But instead they want to nickel and dime you. It’s also a bit far and not walkable to anything. Sweet restaurant staff tho. And the entrance was a vibe.

We arrived at 9am, so our room was not ready, but we were hungry and thirsty and the hotel staff was not helpful with guiding us to where we could get something to eat and drink while we waited, so we didn’t get anything until the room was ready and we could order room service. The exterior view of the resort was nice, but our room did not have the appearance of a room that is in a 4 or 5 star hotel. The sofa that was in our room was so old and dirty that I covered it with a blanket so I wouldn’t have to look at it. I took a picture of it to share. The rooms are very dated and needs a remodel. We were so glad that we were only staying one night:
we had AC issues and was never able to get any help, had to sleep with windows open all 4 nights there. for this being a 5 star place, it was far from it.
