In a seaside residence, on the 4th floor with elevator, 2-room apartment with a capacity of 4 people and an area of approximately 26m² with a magnificent sea view.
The apartment includes: an entrance, a living room (with a 160x200 sofa bed and a flat screen TV), an open kitchen (with 2 induction hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave and a classic coffee maker) opening onto a large west-facing balcony with sea view, a bedroom (with 140x190 bed), a bathroom (bathtub and vanity unit) and separate toilets.
Parking is free in the residence.
Additional services (optional) to be paid on the day of arrival: cleaning 60€, sheet kit (90x190: 20€/ 140x190: 22€/ 160x200: 25€, (let us know a few days before arrival).

Appartement très agréable et lumineux à deux pas de la plage. Parking dans la résidence. Très bon séjour avec magnifiques couchers de soleil du balcon. Très agréable promenade au bord de mer pour relier le centre de Cabourg.

Bon séjour, bien placé, logement agréable avec superbe vue sur la mer mais Propreté logement à améliorer : 2 carreaux faïence cassés ds la salle de bains , bouche de ventilation sales, rideau de douche sale, absence d’aspirateur, balai ok mais pas de ramasse poussière … difficile d’entretenir ds ces conditions
