It offers: an entrance with cupboard, a separate toilet, a living room/lounge (1 sofa bed 140x190 and a TV) opening onto a large private terrace of approximately 60 m², a separate kitchen (4 electric hotplates, 1 traditional oven, 1 microwave and 1 washing machine), a hallway with cupboard serving the bathroom (bathtub and vanity unit) and the bedroom (1 bed 140x190).

Großzügige FeWo in guter Lage, aber....

Die FeWo war größer als andere FeWo'en vor Ort. Die Terasse ist riesig und hatte einen tollen Ausblick. Die Sauberkeit entsprach nicht dem Standard. Eine Waschmaschine oder Wäscheständer waren, entgegen der Beschreibung, nicht vorhanden. Die Handtuchhalter im Bad drohten jederzeit aus der Wand zu kommen und das Bidet störte enorm. Die Wanne war sehr hoch und der Ein- und Ausstieg dadurch (und durch das Bidet) sehr schwierig. Der Waschtisch, der Türrahmen im Bad, die Arbeitsplatte und das Spülbecken in der Küche sowie der Laminat im Eingangsbereich waren stark beschädigt. In Bad und im Kühlschrank war sogar stellenweise Schimmel. Der Kleiderschrank ist kaum nutzbar, da dort Staubsauger, Reinigungsutensilien, ein Klappbett und div. andere Sachen drin stehen oder liegen. Sonstige Ablagefächer waren nicht vorhanden, weshalb wir aus unseren Koffern leben mussten. Das Bett war sehr unbequem und dadurch an Schlaf nicht wirklich zu denken. Diese FeWo können wir aus den genannten Gründen leider nur sehr eingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
