In a residence facing the sea / sea view along the Marcel Proust promenade, this studio with a capacity of 2 people, with an area of approximately 21.25m² on the 3rd floor with elevator with a balcony with a breathtaking view of the sea facing North. The studio includes: a living room / lounge (with a 140x190 sofa bed, TV) opening onto a sea view balcony with a magnificent sea view, an independent kitchen (a refrigerator, a microwave, a traditional oven and 3 hotplates), a bathroom with WC (a large shower and an electric towel dryer).
This rental is also available for short stays (outside school holidays).
Additional services (optional) to be paid on the day of arrival: cleaning 50€, sheet kit (90x190: 20€/ 140x190: 22€/ 160x200: 25€, (let us know a few days before arrival).

tres bonnes vacances j ai pu decompresse car mon mari est malade petit logement mais suffisant pour une personne seul un peu loin du centre ville a refaire peut etre en septembre sinon l annee prochaine merci
