- This beautifully newly upgraded villa includes a fully furnished dine-in terrace complete with a wet bar for your outdoor enjoyment. There is fully equipped kitchen and dining area, TV's in all rooms, ceiling fans and individual thermostats in the main rooms.
- The primary suite has a king bed with pillow top mattress, a jacuzzi tub, his and her sinks, and a sitting area with a balcony entrance. The guest suite provides 2 queen beds, a small refrigerator, a complete entertainment center, and a full bath. There is also pull-out sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two with a full bath off the living room.
- A personal concierge is available to you prior to and during your stay. The concierge will arrange dinner reservations, excursions and shop for groceries (extra charge for groceries and shopping).
The contemporary kitchen includes a breakfast bar, roomy dining room table, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, pantry, as well as a washer/dryer/wash tub combo conveniently located and concealed right off the kitchen area.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Estancia. The beach is sandy, clean, and swimmable. The resort is well-situated, close to downtown restaurants and shopping (5-10 minute car ride) but just far enough that it has a quieter vibe. You can walk downtown if you have the extra time. The resort grounds, pool and beach are top notch and the staff is helpful and friendly. Our condo was gorgeous. It had everything we needed including a washer/dryer. The kitchen is complete with plenty of dinnerware and cookware. Food and drinks at the restaurants are delicious but a little pricey. If you’re on a budget you can always stock up on groceries in town. The large veranda has various seating areas and a grill. Great place to star gaze at the end of the night. We watched the sunrise on the beach. Totally worth getting out of bed early! At sunset we saw the changing sky from the resort entrance. Beautiful views.
