The villa offers magnificent views yet remains very private and offers easy access to Pedregal Beach and Medano public beach.

Once in Cabo enjoy beautiful beaches, water sports, fabulous restaurants, six championship golf courses, nightclubs and world class fishing. Enjoy sunsets in your private balcony or in the many outdoor spaces, there is private jacuzzi, heated pool, and al fresco dining which includes gas barbecue, palapa and surround sound. The spacious living areas of more than 6,000 square feet, are open and completely equipped, every bedroom has ocean views, balconies and en-suite bathrooms.

The gourmet kitchen has granite counters and stainless steel Viking Appliances including convection oven, gas range, microwave, refrigerator, water dispenser, coffee maker, margarita maker and utensils.

Option 1: Once you agree to a menu with the chef, he will buy the groceries and cook for you, you will reimburse him the grocery bill plus 20% delivery fee and service as follows:
-Breakfast for up to 10 guest: $100usd (plus the cost of groceries)
-Lunch for up to 10 guests: $120usd (plus the cost of groceries)
-Dinner for up to 10 guest: $120usd (plus the cost of groceries)
-Full day 3 meals for up to 10 guests: $280usd (plus the cost of groceries)

Option 2:
All inclusive pre-fixed menu, (service and groceries included).
Prices start from:
-Breakfast $17-$18 per person
-Lunch $33 -$40 per person
-Dinner: $48-$60 per person

Note: Bartender service is available at a rate of $20usd per hour.

- Private airport transportation available upon request, $110usd each way per group up to 10 guests, 25 min shopping at Costco or Walmart included in the price.

Note: If you are not renting a car (recommended), private transportation is the best way to make your arrival stress free and seamless, they will have a sign with your name on it and they will be at the exit door waiting for you.
