We had an amazing stay at Kadun Hotel Boutique in Cabo San Lucas — truly a 10/10 experience! From the moment we arrived, the service stood out. A special thank you to the bellboys, Evan and Jaime, who were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They answered all our questions about the area and were always ready to assist with anything we needed. Shout out to all the staff as well for their hospitality and assistance. The hotel itself is in a perfect location, within walking distance to everything in the city, which made exploring very easy and enjoyable. Since the hotel only opened in December 2025, everything felt brand new and exceptionally clean — from the lobby to the rooms. Our room was spotless, well-organized, and very comfortable. You can tell the staff takes great pride in maintaining the property. We opted for the breakfast-only package, and it was exactly what we needed to start each day. The restaurant staff and lobby team were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the rooftop — the pool and the view of the city were absolutely amazing. It was the perfect place to relax and take it all in. We traveled as a couple and really appreciated the calm and relaxing environment. Compared to large all-inclusive resorts, this boutique hotel offers a much more peaceful and personal atmosphere. This hotel exceeded my expectations. Pool area is beautiful and day beds comfortable. Because the hotel is new, I had the whole place to myself. Rooms are large with two sinks, separate toilet and shower areas, sitting area and desk area. I found it very quiet at night but ear plugs provided in room suggest there are times it is noisy (I stayed a Monday and Tuesday night). The staff are so pleasant and helpful. They were all very friendly. The check in time is 3 pm and check out is 11, so would ask that Expedia update their information which states 4 and 10 respectively. I ate all 3 meals at the hotel to try it out and to support them as the hotel was very quiet. I had the tuna tartare both nights and it was much better night one. It was still good but I think the hotel given it is new is still trying to get consistency. My margarita prices differed every time I ordered one (always the same order). Lots of eating options from a Starbucks associated coffee place, to a rooftop, pool adjacent spot to a really nice dining room on main level with indoor and outdoor spaces give you lots of good choices if you don’t want to venture far. Free valet parking is a nice touch.When I checked out they charged me for in room coffee. I have never heard of this in any other hotel and it did dampen my enthusiasm for Kadun. The whole experience was amazing but nickel and dining me for coffee that is in a sachel that really doesn’t even taste tha great was unfortunate.

This is a mixed review because there were things we genuinely liked about this hotel. The property is beautiful-very modern with a relaxed boho vibe & the location is great, close to beaches, the marina, and grocery stores. The staff were friendly and tried to be accommodating during our stay. Unfortunately, we experienced several issues and had to change rooms 3 times. The first room had a sliding door that wouldn’t close properly, so we were moved right away. The second room was on the second level facing the main street and the noise was extremely loud starting around 6am, garbage trucks, construction, traffic, and street noise. The windows seem to have very little sound insulation because the noise sounded almost the same whether the window was open or closed. Since this was supposed to be a relaxing trip, we asked to move again. We accepted a downgrade to a room without a kitchen just to get away from the street. Unfortunately that room had a connecting door with almost no soundproofing, and we could clearly hear the guests next door talking, brushing their teeth, using the bathroom, and watching TV. At that point we asked for a refund and considered leaving, but the staff tried to help and offered a room on a new floor that was quieter. However there was no Wi-Fi and we also had AC issues. Overall the hotel is beautiful and the staff were kind, but the noise, room changes, lack of Wi-Fi, and AC problems made the stay disappointing. No compensation was offered.

Staff was generally friendly. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was good but overpriced. The rooftop was gorgeous and the pool is amazing. The room itself is ok…there is no sound proofing so you hear everything in other rooms and outside which was not great. The room is nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. Great location.

Kadun Hotel is a comfortable and well-located place to stay. The rooftop pool and hot tub are cozy and relaxing, with a nice view, and the overall atmosphere feels calm. The staff is friendly and accommodating, which made the stay easy and pleasant. I came to Cabo for diving, and the hotel is a short Uber ride to the marina or about a 20-minute walk, the downside of walking is the heavy traffic. It’s also within walking distance of La Lupita, a great spot for tacos and music. The only thing I would have appreciated is a balcony to hang and dry dive equipment, but overall it was a very comfortable stay. The food at Savia was delicious overall. My favorite dish was the mole sweet potato, and I really appreciated the freshly made tortillas. I also tried the roasted cauliflower, it needed a bit more time roasting, but the concept and flavors were good. The breakfast buffet was pricey but excellent, with plenty of tasty options, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout. A great place to eat whether you’re staying at the hotel or nearby.
