We stayed in the Grand Suite for a couple of nights. Very spacious and clean, with a lot of electronical equipment (e. g. big flat TV-screen, surround sound system ...). Private parking in the rear. Close to town and beach. A very nice place to stay.
Stayed at this apartment style guest house which is very close to town. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I found the toom to be clean and comfortable. Ihad a a sligbt problem with the blinds, which was rectified on the same morning
Beautiful place to stay. Travelling by myself in dreadful weather and needed a place to relax and feel comfortable so the weather wouldn't be such a problem. The booking was so easy, owner and property manager made me feel so welcome. It was so secure I instantly felt at home! I had privacy to relax in a luxury setting (incredible furnishings!) and it was only a couple minutes walk from the beach! I highly recommend the Superior suites. I love this lodge and will definitely be back when I'm in Byron next 😄
Stayed at this great guest house about a week ago in one of the Garden rooms for 3 days. It was across the road from the beach and a 2 min walk to shopping and cafes. It was quiet clean and modern easy access staff were lovely 😍
We stayed at bay haven as part of a leg of our honeymoon. The room was advertised as petite but it was rediculous, at around 250 dollars per night they had just converted what appeared to be an old cupboard into a bathroom. To wash your hands you had to go outside the cupboard bathroom and use the stainless steel sink where the teacups and kettle were kept. The bed was really uncomfortable and the next door rooms air conditioner made a racquet all night so we hardly got any sleep. There's only a very small area at the front of the house that is shared by all of the guests, so unless you want to join them (or the owner who spent a good part of the day lounging on the outdoor couch out the front herself), then you either need to leave the B and B or are confined to your tiny room if it's bad weather. We had booked in for two nights and actually left without even bothering to get a refund on the second night and stated in a much nicer more soacuous B and B outside of town.
Easy access and located so close to town, Clean and well presented rooms, Love the code room entry with no keys to worry about, Stayed twice within a week, Quiet set up and room to move, also used the unit which had everything you needed,Now I have my Regular stay when visiting this way, Thank you very much Elanor and David,.. I have already spread the word Many Thanks Eddie
Great location in Byron easy to walk to all main restaurants and bars. Free parking a short distance away during the day or right out front at night. Room clean and tidy and well presented. Only issue we had with our room would be that we werent able to lock our balcony door which accessed a communal sunroom, im sure if we rang the owner we could have been given a key. We had no valuables in our room so didnt worry. Front gate is locked so location still very secure. Overall a great place to stay in Byron.
We had a lovely stay at this luxurious yet spartan place called Bayhaven Lodge. A great atmosphere, with a very friendly and helpful manager (Elinore) who were at our service whenever we needed it. Location is great, just a stones throw from the lovely beach! I highly recommend this place!
We stayed at Bayhaven Lodge recently for the first time and we were very impressed from the moment of booking with David the owner right through our stay with the lovely Ellinore looking after us daily we had a ball. Beautiful place to stay, lovely people and Byron although busy was a fun place to be. We were very close to town, easy 2 minute walk close to the beach also. So we highly recommend Bayhaven Lodge for a short or long stay in Byron.
The accommodations were very nice and conveniently located to all of the beaches, restaurants and bars. Also, the lodge manager and owner were wonderfully pleasant and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Bayhaven Lodge to anyone visiting Byron Bay.
