We booked online so initially weren’t sure what to expect. When we arrived (late) we were delightfully surprised. The two bedroom studio was roomy, light and tastefully decorated. A great kitchen, big lounge room and two good bedrooms with comfortable beds. A comfortable patio with deck chairs in a private garden and inclusions like board games (Monopoly and Scrabble). We had a wonderful weekend and will definitely stay here again.

We arrived at the garden burrees after camping in nimbin for the festival what a way to finish a trip we stayed in the dragon flys rest and my god it was heaven on earth we stayed two nights and wish we could stay longer spent so much time just laying in the outdoor bath amazing the staff were there if we needed them but otherwise left us alone we will be back most defiantly thank you

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay last weekend at the gorgeous Garden Burees! Wouldn't go anywhere else now that we've found our favourite holiday getaway at Byron Bay. The most beautiful bungalow style room with great attention to detail! Absolutely loved it and the room made our anniversary just that much more special ❤ We'll be back as soon as we possibly can!

This is our second time at the Garden Burees and both stays have been magical. The burees themselves are designed to let you utterly relax and are surrounded by beautiful palms and tropical plants so that you feel completely secluded. Every detail is thought through, from the gorgeous L'Occitaine toiletries to the ground coffee and Byron Bay cookies, and they even ensure there are lighters on hand for the candles and incense provided. The outdoor shower amongst the palms is just gorgeous. Walking to town/beach is an easy 5-10 minutes... but you might find it hard to leave your buree! We are regulars to Byron so didn't feel the need to rush around - we just sat back and enjoyed! There was a bit of noise on Saturday night from the neighbouring brewery but it finished around 11:30pm and once the backpackers had wandered back to town, was beautifully tranquil again. My partner slept right through it, and I always have earplugs on hand so it didn't really worry us. This is our perfect getaway spot out of Brisbane - brilliant value. Could not recommend more highly.

Absolutely stunning Bali inspired setting. Garden Buree's are so well set up and nice and close to the beach, delicious cafe's and amazing shops of Byron Bay. The garden, courtyard and outdoor bath and shower were gorgeous and lots of fun. Everyone would enjoy the Dragonfly's Rest it is a treat.

My partner and I enjoyed a blissful 3 night stay at the Garden Burees recently. A beautifully appointed room with comfy bed, lounge area, kitchenette, spa bath and an outdoor shower. Particularly loved the extra touches of the coffee machine, cookies in the fridge and L'Occitane bath products. Close enough to walk to town and the beach to avoid the parking problems there. Will definitely be back.

Loved Byron Bay and loved the Garden Burees - even with a couple of design flaws. Firstly, the location is great, easy 10 minute walk from the main part of Byron, and right next door to the excellent brewery, a day spa and a backpackers hostel. Our buree was a fantastic little balinese oasis, with outdoor shower in the lush tropical gardens, great spa and cute little kitchen / sitting room and upstairs bedroom with a really comfortable queen bed with more pillows than we knew what to do with. The only downside to the buree was the noise from next door is clearly audible through the adjoining wall, even just the sound of next doors TV was audible. I recommend bringing earplugs, which I always do when I travel anyway. The second downside was the bathroom and toilet being separated from the sitting room/kitchen only by a bamboo-bar window and a timber venetian blind. All very nice and ambient, but when you have to go number 2 and your partner is in the kitchen....well nobody wins that game, do they. Neither of these things would stop me staying here again, had a great stay and I would recommend it to anyone. :)

My partner and I visited the garden burees and had the most amazing stay, staff are so delightful and do very helpful. The entire venue is so beautiful, peacefull and serene. The rooms are just gorgeous and everything you could ever need is already there. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone, I've been coming to Byron bay for the last 4 years and this is the best place I've stayed and plan on returning here on my next visit.

We stayed for a 3 nights during the Aussie summer period (in January) and loved the experience. The staff are lovely, free parking on-site, the outdoor shower & tropical garden "feel" out the back made us feel like we were in South East Asia, tucked away from the action close to Main Beach without being too far for walking in & out of town, and generally great. The upstairs space/bedroom was great. The downstairs lounge & kitchen space was a bit tight, but more than enough for a couple on holidays. The indoor jacuzzi spa was a lovely bonus as well. The water dragons can be annoying in the mornings, when they are looking for food, but you soon get used to it (thank you to the staff for being so understanding after our first "fright" while trying to shower, which we have laughed about ever since then).

Spent the last 2 nights here for my birthday with friends..beautiful place, next to the byron bay brewery and only 10 min walk to byron town...will definitely come back.. thank you for a great weekend
