The whole building smelled like marijuana. The front desk person was never there. I called him and it sounded as if he was sleeping. He came to check me in to my room and his eyes were glassy and bright red so I know he just got done smoking marijuana. He wasn’t there for check out either. There was a sign saying to leave the keys in the basket. If I get charged for not checking out at the right time, I’ll be extremely mad as the attendant was nowhere to be found. I’m frustrated and will probably never return here.
Quiet location with good highway access. Unfortunately the bugs come out at night and bite while you sleep.
Got a great non-smoking room for a great price. Clean, close to restaurants and quick shopping needs for travel. Quiet and staff was very helpful
I reserved this room a couple of months in advance and asked for a king sized bed, which was not available upon arrival. Additionally, the air conditioner in the room needs work. If we hadn't been crammed together in a queen sized bed in less than optimal temperatures, I could have given a neutral review.

We appreciate your feed back during your stay you enjoyed location but you have found bugs if u have let front desk know about this issue we would have switch your room also we are going to have pest control crew to inspect that room i am sorry to hear that give us a second chance we appreciate your stay at our hotel .

Thanks for your review regarding you complain for heavy smoking smell so your room was next to smoking rooms we do have smoking rooms in our hotel so the smell sometimes comes in hallway but never come to other guest room we have given u nonsmoking room . we are basic economy hotel with free hot breakfast , fitness room , bussiness center and place to spend night in the room . sometimes guest smoke in nonsmoking room for that we have to make smoking rooms at our hotel we appreciate your bussiness.

Guest feedback are extremely important for us and we re going to order glass door fridge for yogurt , boiled eggs and other refrigerated items to store inside for breakfast
our hotel have smoking rooms The smell of smoking can get sometimes but not all the time we have windows we keep open so smell goes outside . we were short on staff during your stay also due to COVID we put a sign to drop your keys at check out in the basket at front counter . we have not charge anything on your card your reservation was prepaid i am sorry for bad experience we will improve our service we appreciate your bussiness .
