Overall the room was clean, but they don’t clean high touch items like light switches, remote and door knobs. I cleaned those and my wipe was nasty black. Otherwise it’s a typical 2 star hotel. Breakfast and front desk staff were very nice.

The bedding is dirty. Actual blood on the top sheet. I was also unhappy that when booking a suite the pictures showed a big whirlpool type tub in the corner of the room. No big tup. Standard bathroom and tiny tub. So I paid an extra $60 bucks per night for a couch in the corner.

Disappointed with the hot tub being closed.

Was hoping to enjoy the hot tub and pool..but the hot tub was out of service for our stay and the pool had loud kids playing around anyway @ 9pm..pool closes at 10 pm. The hot tub was rhe main reason for us deciding to stay here..disappointed.. pool and spa should have adult hours..how else are we to relax?

Everything was great except on check out there was no one at the front desk. I thought this kind of strange. I gave my room key to a member of the housekeeping staff who was outside on a smoke break.

Staff was responsive & kind. We were given a key to a room that already had someone’s things in it, obviously this was corrected quickly. Sheets on the roll away were dirty, comforters on the beds were stained and looked gross. Killed several spiders and bugs in our room. Breakfast was not great but ok. Overall, appearance was clean- just old and needs some updating. Pool was nice and looked pretty clean.

Tornado's or Not - Great Place!

Even though we had to take shelter, literally 10 minutes after check in due to a "Real Tornado" and a power outage of 9 hours. The Hotel Staff were great!

Stay was pleasant and rooms were comfortable. Had a major family emergency and had to stay at a local hotel , but the last day I was staying the manager told the desk clerk to not allow me to renew my room because I was local ? I was forced to explain my very sensitive and private situation just so I could pay for another night the same way everyone else staying there had. Thie desk clerk handled it very well and was so polite. Shame on the manager for that !! I had two young children with me and it upset me so badly.

Clean room, rest was ok.

People were friendly. Clean room & dining area. Bed was decent; pillows were stiff. I loved having a window that opened for fresh air! Breakfast - not much variety, highly processed. The only yogurt was artificially sweetened; there was only black tea-no other varieties. The pool was highly chlorinated, way too cold for me and the hot tub was way too hot. We stayed 4 days and rarely saw anyone swimming. No one in my family opted to try to swim again. The fitness center was way too small, had windows so people could watch you, and was quite dirty. It had a bike, treadmill, and good selection of free weights that blocked the mirror. There was only1 restaurant nearby; you had to drive to everything. It did have space to take walks and many people enjoyed that. It was a great place for a night or 2 but we wished we could have picked another place for 4 days.
