My room keys did not work. The second set of room keys did not work. So instead of trying a third set, the check-in clerk gave me a different room. She was very patient and cheerful, that encouraged me to remain patient and cheerful as well. Attitudes matter so much when technical difficulties occur.

We loved it all! Clean room, helpful staff, excellent breakfast, easy parking, amazing pool room. The only downside is that the treadmill was out of order. On cold nights, that’s a must for travelers needing to get some exercise in. Otherwise, everything was great!

Why are handicap accessible rooms on second floor in a hotel without an elevator? The clerk at check in was the rudest most argumentative man I have encountered in a service industry. I would give him a -10 on a scale of 0-10
