Helpful staff, clean room and adequate breakfast. Location side road had noisy traffic from trucks.
When I made my reservation I also called the location directly due to having a pet. I specifically said to staff member Donna that I did NOT want a first floor room. She said I would not be on the first floor. When I arrived Mr Patel told me that I was in the first floor and he could refund me if I didn’t like it. He also asked me “What’s the big deal of being in the first floor”. It’s none of your business why I didn’t want to be in the first floor. I’m the customer, who are you to ask me “ what’s the big deal of being on the first floor”. The hallways smelled great but the room smelled like burned week old onion rings, the wood look floor were very dirty and weren’t vacuumed before we got the room. Terrible stay

When we walking in the room, it smelled like coconut! I never once smelled cigarette smoke, not even in the hallways!

The Customer Service was the BEST I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. The Front Desk Manager, Kimberly is an amazingly KIND and Professional SWEETHEART. The bedding was AWESOME! The most, away from home, EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE nights sleep. The Breakfast was Delicious. If you're ever in Bulls Gap, Greenville or the surrounding areas do yourself a favor and spend your night, weekend or week with these AMAZING PEOPLE. Tell Kimberly I said hello

The location close to I-81 is great, but I guess I should have figured out (based on the address) that the hotel was adjacent to a speed car track. Engines were revving past 11:00 pm on the Saturday night that I was there... The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Hotel was clean, and beds were comfortable. The nice clean pool was a welcome relief after a long hot road trip. There are lots of restaurants and places to shop within walking distance. The mall is a very short drive across the street . Great hotel for the value and convienience.
This place was great. It is right off the interstate, the place was very clean and comfortable and the free breakfast saved us from having to purchase it later.
