Best hotel we stayed in on an 8 day trip. However, Orbitz review system is so annoying that this will be the last review I submit.

Very pleased with the accommodations. Excellent breakfast and excellent staff who went above and beyond to make us comfortable. .

Stopped for some rest on a long drive, and the hotel exceeded expectations. Very clean with great breakfast.

Great spot to rest while traveling on the road. Rooms were nice and continental breakfast was decent.

My family enjoyed the stay. The room was really clean and comfortable. My wife loved the bed. I definitely will use this hotel again.

We stayed overnight, the room was extra clean, comfortable & the staff was great. We both enjoyed our breakfast. I suppose the only thing that wasn't to our liking, the pillow's were to thick & next time we will just take ours. Thank you Best Western Confrence Center Morristown, Tennessee. Larry & Linda S. The staff was wonderful, but the hotel lacked security that I would have expected. The doors leading to the hallways were not locked and could be accessed by anyone. There was a key card lock on the outside door, but it was not being used. The check-in desk is not connected to the rooms, so they had no idea who was coming and going in the hotel. During our stay the fire alarm went of at 4:30 am and there was no info to any guests as to whether or not it was a real fire. The breakfast was not very good. The food was cold and not creative. The staff was the best thing about the hotel. It is very hard to find the entrance if you arrive after dark, but it is very close to the interstate.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Room was very nice and clean, although the bathroom is a bit tight. The difficulty was getting enough sleep with people coming and going until around midnight and others in the hallway a little after 6 a.m. the following mornings. I could not get to sleep until around midnight and then was woken up early due to doors slamming and people talking and/or yelling at each other in the hallway. Still, I would probably stay here again.

Very clean, nice linens and beds. We only stayed one night for a graduation in Morristown. It was a fine location there was just a lot of road work being done in the area. Overall good experience. Would stay here again.

Possibly the nicest motel we have stayed in for under $100. Only two probems were minor. The nice wide-screen LCD TV reception was grainy but pssibly the best the motel could get in "remote" Morristown. There was an ultra bright built-in night light that had to be covered before we could sleep. A bonus for the hotel is the next door Cracker Barrel. We would go out of our way to stay there again.

Family vacation, stayed one night. Breakfast was served in the restaurant and you ordered from a menu. This was included with the stay. It payed we were a family of 5.
