Parking was a nightmare. A hundred dollar deposit for a room with no hot water. This hotel had no elevator. The air-conditioning system was older than myself and I'm 51 . Never staying again.

This wasn’t the worst place I’ve ever stayed but it wasn’t great either. Overall the place was worn and dirty but I’ll give them credit that it seemed like they try to keep it up. For me the stains on the sheets were a bit much but it’s not like they weren’t washed they just weren’t washed well or honestly probably need to be replaced. Also the place smelled funny. But would I stay here again? If there were no alternative sure…it’s not like it was unlivable.

The property is in very nice location - it is on an elevated hill and you can see the nature from window. The staff was good and cordial and even offered tea. The bed and cleaning in toilet might have been a little better. The breakfast menu can be enhanced.

Hard pass on Quality Inn of Rogersville

The rooms smell musty, dank, smoky. The floors are absolutely filthy, stain-ridden, worn out and smelly. Not one single movie channel. Squalid, mildew-ridden bathrooms. Surprised this building hasn't been condemned. Thanks to going through Hotels.com I could not get a refund in order to go to another hotel. Warning- don't use Expedia or hotel.com or anything. Just book directly with a hotel AFTER you first research customer ratings. Not ok!

It was kept clean around the food area. There wasnt much food. I dont like waffles or pancakes either that was mostly what was there fir hot food. I would suggest sandwiches fir microwave be added for customers and donuts. Goid breakfast gets more customers.of course cleanliness above all.
