Ottima posizione vicina a tutto, purtroppo l'appartamento non rispettava quanto mostrato in foto sulla piattaforma (scarsa pulizia in particolare polvere e capelli ovunque, divani e cuscini con macchie, mobili e stato dell appartamento in pessime condizioni, biancheria da letto danneggiata, segni di umidità). Ingresso comune in scarse condizioni strutturali e scale senza luce. Inoltre i rumori con musica fino alle 3 del mattino, provenienti dal piano di sopra ci hanno costretti più sere a stare svegli nonostante ci fossimo procurati dei tappi per le orecchie. Purtroppo con dispiacere, mi sarei aspettato di molto meglio, é la prima volta che resto deluso da un alloggio prenotato su Expedia.

Die Vorfreude auf unseren Aufenthalt wurde leider durch anfängliche Schwierigkeiten getrübt. Bis kurz vor dem Check-in erhielten wir keine Informationen vom Betreiber, was zu Verwirrung und Unannehmlichkeiten führte. Trotz mehrerer Anrufe blieb der Kontaktversuch erfolglos, bis der Expedia-Kundenservice einsprang und prompt eine Verbindung herstellte. Als wir endlich eincheckten, wurden wir mit den Überbleibseln vorheriger Gäste konfrontiert – ein bedauerlicher Start. Trotz Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Betreiber erfolgte keine angemessene Lösung; die Schuld wurde auf die Reinigungsfirma geschoben, ohne Entgegenkommen seitens des Betreibers. Die Zusage einer späteren Reinigung traf auf unsere zeitlichen Einschränkungen, die leider nicht berücksichtigt wurden. Zusätzlich entsprach das Apartment leider nicht den schönen Fotos. Überall zeigte sich Verfall und Unsauberkeit. Ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer, dessen nächtliches Brummen störte, sowie die allgemeine Hellhörigkeit des Hauses trugen zu einem unerfreulichen Aufenthalt bei. Störende Geräusche wie Trampeln, laute Musik und schreiende Kinder begleiteten die Nächte. Die Bemühungen seitens Expedia, aufgrund dieser Vorkommnisse eine kostenfreie Stornierung zu erwirken, wurden vom Betreiber vehement abgelehnt. Es tut mir leid sagen zu müssen, dass diese Erfahrung unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllte und unser Aufenthalt nicht angenehm war.
