The staff was great and we loved the rooftop bar. The gym was small but well equipped. The location was outstanding for walking to transportation, the river, restaurants, and things to see. The hotel is brand new and gorgeous!

Excellent location, great staff and brand new hotel which is very modern. One minor criticism is the room roof where the windows are is not straight and adding curtains is not the best idea, making the space less convenient to more around the bed. Maybe shades sliding with yhe window would be a better option.

The hotel location is excellent; right next to the Basilica. The staff is very friendly and rooms are spacious, clean and modern. The room was quiet and bed was comfortable. There are several breakfast, lunch and dinner options around the hotel. I highly recommend Bestia and Retek for quality Hungarian food.

Die Unterkunft war sehr komfortabel, schön und gemütlich eingerichtet und befand sich in einer tollen Lage. Der Service an der Rezeption war stets höflich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, allerdings war das Buffet häufig leer, und die Tische wurden nicht zeitnah abgeräumt, sodass bei Ankunft im Frühstücksbereich oft kein freier Tisch verfügbar war. Die Zimmer waren geschmackvoll und durchdacht eingerichtet. Allerdings ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig: Das Housekeeping reinigte nicht gründlich, nach dem Putzen war noch sichtbar Schmutz auf dem Boden, herausgestellte schmutzige Tassen wurden einfach zurückgestellt, und im Badezimmer gab es Kakerlaken. Auf den Hinweis zu den Kakerlaken reagierte die Rezeption leider nicht entgegenkommend. Trotz dieser Mängel handelt es sich insgesamt um ein sehr schönes und empfehlenswertes Hotel.
