We visited the hotel for one night, it was clean, new towels on the bad and fresh bottles of water (free of charge) The breakfast was very good and diverse. They also have a big parking place in the back side of the building. We had a room without view (on the back side, luckily) but I think the ones from the front were noisy, because near si a very circulated street and also a train rail.
Was an average stay. Pro: parking, good breakfast, room refrigerator Con: location: industrial area near train rails, pretty far from the city center room : dirty sheets, old furniture; noisy; What i recommend if you go by car ... leave it to the hotel and take public transportation..
Arrived at this hotel @1.00am in the morning from a late flight . Staying for one night only as the first stage of a cycle trip to Venice . Bedroom Clean good facilities and good breakfast . I would imagine that its easy to reach central Budapest from here . Yes its not that attractive , but perfectly adequate
We have come this hotel with a turkish tour, unfortunately we had to stay here one night. There is not hot water, radiators are not working, rooms' walls ara very very thin. Despite all these things, receptionist couldnt change our room however he had a another room and they didnt fix the problems also. It is still the worst hotel i have ever been stayed.
We stayed there for 2 nights. Room was tidy, warm and coussy. Flat-screen, make-up desc, air condition if necessary (but it was hot enough even without it). Bathroom was clean, shower cabin decent. Big wardrobe and mirrors. There is one elevator but it is quick. Staff is more that polite, they were very professional and willin to provide us any help, for transportation around the city. Breakfast was the usual- nothing went missing, you may eat as much as you want. Coffee, tea, juices... Diversity such as Scrambled eggs, several types of ham and cheese, sweets, fruit, salats... Except it is a bit far (but not that much 15-20 minutes from the city centre) I recommend buying whole day card for transport (~5e) and you can enjoy. I highly recommend it for young cuppes who like to walk :)
Been here a couple of times and had a good night's sleep. Some of my tourists had some complaints about the heating, but everything was solved. Great breakfast and good parking for both cars and buses.
This is one of the worst hotels to stay at if you need rest. 1. Window curtains don't cover the window so a portion (8") lets in the light by the side where the bed sits - light hits your face as soon as the sun starts to come up. 2. Mattress COMPLETELY worn out!!! We checked in at 10:30pm after a 2.5hr road trip from Vienna, Austria. We decided it's best to be here locally for our flight out of the Budapest Airport in the AM vs trying to get up at 4am and driving to Budapest...this we rented this hotel. BIG MISTAKE!!! We got 2-3 hrs of sleep if any! Both my husband and I have been up since 4am because it's impossible to sleep on the mattress. My whole body hurts! The mattress is so worn out that there really isn't any support or comfort left. My husband went downstairs to talk to the receptionist man - he advises all their rooms are the same. They don't have anything to lay over the mattress. They don't have any additional blankets. Really??? Not even blankets? I thought for sure a hotel would have additional blankets!!! We hoped to put a few over the mattress, but nope, not possible. Anyway, no rest at this hotel. My body is in pain. My husband hasn't rested and we have a flight in a few hours. Also, room is absolutely TINY! But compared to the mattress and light hitting your eyes...no complaint about the size of the room. AVOID IF YOU NEED REST!
Great hotel for spending a night. Worm cosy rooms with clean bathrooms. There is LCD tv and refrigarator without extra pay in room. Breakfast is typical hotel breakfast. Hotel is about 5km far from Budapest centre.
We stayed at this hotel at the Christmas time for 2 nights. We had no problem with the noise but we felt a lot of wind and cold coming through the windows and the corridor. Rooms doesn't have a hair dryer and they are very small. There is nothing around to see and also the location not really close to city centre but you can always use a cab if you're 3+ people and it will be cheaper (like 10-12 euros).
We stayed 2 nights at this hotel with a group of tourist. This hotel is situated on the outside of the city center and not within walking distance of anything. It has a very poor breakfast service, there is no lobby for resting and at my bathroom the sink was broken. Rooms are so small but not so bad. If you are planning to go and stay there, please think twice again. It’s better to stay in city center.
