The location is very good, close to metro and electric car, the window is face to river, I am glad to recommend this hotel to my friends,if I have free time I will enjoy it again. The happy time is also nice!

The view from the room was spectacular .The transport links were right outside the hotel. The room was spacious .The standard was what you would expect from a four star hotel. The staff were helpful and obliging .There was plenty of choice at breakfast..There was complimentary tea and biscuits in the afternoon..The only negative was the hotel had no atmosphere. There was a small bar though we never really saw anyone in it.There are however a number of bars and restaurants nearby.

This is a lovely hotel the stay was very pleasant and silke in the bar and restaurant is a very warm and helpful lady nothing is to much for her.we over looked the river to the houses of parliament and at night when it was all lit up it was a sight to was flat for walking and we did walk.plenty to see we will go again

The hotel is located on the riverside with fantastic views of the parliment building and chain bridge..The rooms are very large and modern with all you could wish for...flat screen tv, coffee & tea, mini bar, toiletries and safe. Breakfast has a vast array of food both hot and cold the hot food served to you at your table, by a vrry pleasant and efficient waitress call Sulke. There is a small bar with happy hour 17.30 to 18.30 two drinks for the price of one!! Also at 16.30 you can have tea and biscuits free in a beautiful elegant room in the old part of the hotel..We booked a hop on hop off bus trip thst was recommended by the reception lady called Edina I think she was so helpful and pleasant. The hop on and hop bus does 3routes plus a river trip costs £24 GBP for 48hours well worth it, you get running commentary on all the sites and the history of the places on the routes. The weather was fantastic which makes a holiday break...Recommend you do a lot of walking too, but you can book a walking tour round the city. Will certainly go back to Budapest and will certainly dtsy at the Boutique Victoria.

We stayed here for 4 nights from 4th to 8th May 2017. The location of the hotel was perfect for visiting all the sights, the staff were very helpful & friendly & the view of the Danube was amazing! Our room was on the 8th floor & overlooked the Danube, but unfortunately for our friends, the only other available room was at the back of the building, so no view & rather small & dark.

We chose this property based on recommendations of the amazing view of the river The room was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed and the night view of the illuminated parliament building and bridges did not dissapoint. It is a bit out of town but as we are keen walkers this was not a problem

We spent four nights at Hotel Victoria. we must start with the amazing, spectacular view. All rooms face the Danube. OUr room was on the 8th floor, and we were absolutely gobsmacked by the view....especially when they lit up the Parliament and Chain Bridge each night. We went to Prague and Vienna before Budapest, and while the whole trip was superb, our overriding memory of this trip will be our view of the Danube, Parliament and Chain Bridge from Hotel Victoria. OUr room was very large and comfortable, breakfast was very good. WE had drinks at the bar next to reception each night, again enjoying the view. EXchange rate was very favorable to Americans. The hotel,is also conveniently located to seeing the rest of Budapest. 5-10 minutes walk north takes you to the Metro station, make sure to take the train to Central Market Hall. 5-10 minutes to the south is the Funicular, which will take you up to the wonderful Buda Castle district. many nice restaurants and shops in the Castle district. THe gorgeous church and Fishermans Bastion are also very much worth visiting. We ate at a nice Jamie Oliver Italian restaurant in the Castle district. SEnding along special thanks to HOtel Victoria staffers Edina and Krystina (keep giving lots of love to those three Westies!). IN summation, a wonderful visit!

it was very nice view. Traffic was convenient, The staff was very friendly, Breakfast was varied and very delicious.

Fantastic location on the Danube on the Buda side. Room with a stunning view of the river, Parliament and the Bridges. Close to transport links but also easy to walk to Castle District and across to Pest. Friendly helpful staff. Lovely breakfast in room overlooking the Danube. I know Budapest very well as I was an ex pat living in the city for 5 years and I would highly recommend this hotel. Great value for such a great location.

The location is very good and the staff was so helpful and nice all the time. The room was small but cosy and comfortable. Nice breakfast and surprising tea service in the afternoon. Wi-Fi worked very good in all areas.
