Been to a few Holiday inns around the country, so thought I knew what to expect. Not impressed by this one though. Some staff were rude, not just to me but their overall attitude towards guests. The room was basic to say the least, I know I didn't pay a fortune but the room is around half as good as in a Premier Inn which is around the same price. Food was dreadful, so went out the second night. Unfortunately this place will always be busy, so they don't really need to worry about guests.

I have visited this hotel twice for business in 2017, I felt the rooms were very dated, marked and generally horrendous! I have had a complaint or two in 2017 regarding the room and food! I am a spire member so I stay in various holiday inns around the country and I have to say this one was my least favourite. However- the room I have stayed in this weekend is outstanding! Incredibly fresh! The bed is amazing, the decor is great! The simple thing about the tv on the wall is 100% improved - guys you have done amazing! I just hope people who book executive rooms look after what we have in the rooms to make them last. The room was impeccably clean when I arrived - my only minor thing is more towels please! One small towel and one small hand towel for three days / two nights just isn’t enough especially in this cold weather! My only complaint ( I didn’t bother complaining in house ) is the food! It was lovely except I ordered garlic bread with cheese and the pic is what I had delivered! I didn’t touch it so a waste of money! Nevertheless 100% improvement guys! Well done.

Not one of the best of the Holiday Inn chain. The room was previously used by a smoker which tainted the room. The layout is a bit characterless with long corridors. Fittings were standard and working but clearly the hotel is always full in view of its location so a request to change room was out of the question. Not a hotel I would choose for a personal visit to the area.

I spent 12 nights stay (spread over 3 weeks) whilst working away from home, really pleased with my stay. The rooms were always well presented, the staff always really friendly and the food always prepared to perfection. The hotel was undergoing a refit during my stay, the newly furnished rooms were very smart. Really relaxing stay, would highly recommend the hotel.

Great night sleep. Hotel is having a refit which looks a high standard and bar area was open and was cosy to sit and have a drink.staff were very helpful. Menu selection is small but quality of the food was excellent. Would recommend the hotel.

Stayed here for New Year's Eve in a party of ten and overall we were delighted with the experience. Speedy and efficient check in and no problem with our room although we understand that the heating wasn't working properly in some of,the other bedrooms. The staff worked extremely hard during the dinner but we were somewhat upset with the main course which was served as a buffet. The vegetables and potatoes were overcooked and subsequently rather tasteless. However the biggest disappointment was that the plates were all stone cold! Subsequently any food that had a modicum of heat when placed on the plate was stone cold by the time we returned to our table. Hot plates for hot food is a basic requirement in any restaurant and I hope that notice is taken on this point for future occasions. Excellent DJ who had most people on their feet for the majority of the night. Breakfast was excellent (hot plates for buffet) and no complaints there at all and full marks to the young waiter who managed to sit all ten of us together.

We've stayed here twice, the first time was perfectly fine and what you expect from a Holiday Inn, the second time was pretty poor. We had a really uncomfortable bed on our second stay and a really small room. Breakfast the next morning was cold. Would possibly stay again but only for convenience really.

Went to this hotel for NYE. Had a great time the hotel went above and beyond for us as they made an error with our booking. The staff worked endlessly to make us happy. The food was great the drinks was awesome and the room was great. Breakfast next morning was a great treat as well. Would recommend and stay here again. Happy New Year!!

Very comfortable, no complaints at all, we only stayed here for two nights over the Christmas period and found it surprisingly busy. Staff excellent, rooms very comfortable, although maybe in need of a little updating (I noticed that the downstairs rooms are being modernised, so maybe these are line for this too) Breakfast excellent, help yourself spread, which are always our favourite :) Location perfect for the M40 and probably the best in Wycombe...ie outside of it :) Would be very happy to stay here again.

Stayed here for one night on business. Everything you would expect from a Holiday inn. Very comfortable with good service and a great location just off the motorway. There is a bar and restaurant but I opted for room service which came within twenty minutes and the food selection was very good. A good stay.
