Brand new home, 4 bedrooms (sleeps 10) and 3.5 baths with reserved parking. This home is walking distance to Legends Events Center/Midtown Park and right down South College from Texas A&M University (Literally, one turn and you are at the Texas A&M campus...2 miles). The home and the location could not be better for access to all things Texas A&M, tournaments at the Legends Event Center, Top Golf...and you can even walk to the new Schulman Theater and catch a movie. It truly does not get better than this in Bryan/College Station. Guests love our beds...3 of the bedrooms have comfy KING beds and the fourth has two comfy Queens and a TV. The home also features a washer and dryer for your convenience. Oh and yeah...enjoy the Southern porches!

Our stay at Martha's was perfect! We had family in town for a wedding and the home allowed for relaxation and easy meals throughout the weekend. The location was convenient to both Bryan and College Station and the home was well appointed. Thank you for your hospitality!

Perfect place to stay in BCS

This place is right off of College in Bryan, a 5 minute drive to Northgate area.Unit is brand new, spacious, and a great layout. Highly recommend and would stay here again!
