My group had a wonderful stay! We were in College Station for a campus tour with several high school students. The house was amazing and offered so many games and activities for all the kids! The kitchen and bathrooms were spic and span and stocked with everything we might need. The bedrooms were crisp and clean. My bed was very comfortable!! I loved the vibe of the house. It's Instagramable Aggie with a slightly retro feel. It's a great hang out house, but also has privacy and space for a large group. I would definitely stay here again and would share with my friends coming in for a visit.

Apple Creek is an amazing, over the top property. It couldn’t have been more perfect for our family stay. The backyard is beautiful and kept our Aggies entertained during our stay. I highly recommend.

Our stay was a mixed bag.Pros:This house is decorated beautifully. The beds were comfortable and plenty. The kids loved the arcade games and the Pickleball court! We weren't able to enjoy the pool or fire pit due to rain, but it looked neat.Cons:When we arrived there was a natural gas leak (which is evident by the strong sulfur/rotten egg smell). I was disappointed to hear from the host that this was this was the 3rd time this had happened and yet he was continuing to rent the home with this pretty dangerous problem. He stated that he had tried to repair it and they couldn't find anything wrong and that after we left he did repair it for future guests.We had headaches and felt pretty scared of the risk of explosion during our first night there, my husband is handy and the next morning he turned off the gas source to the entire house. After about 8 hours of open windows we were able to clear the house of gas. I reached out to the host to let him know each step along the way. He was responsive, I had to ask for a refund for night one due to this very extremely bad situation, letting him know since we repaired the problem on our own and the home was no longer full of gas we were happy to pay the 2nd night fully. He at first agreed and then stopped responding to me, I had to get VRBO to step in and enforce what he offered via our message history. In addition he asked me not to write a review about our experience, which helps explain that this is time 3 but no reviews reflect

My varsity baseball team stayed here for two nights and absolutely loved it. We had 12 players and 2 coaches, and the rooms worked out perfectly. Highly recommend.

Best amenities & stay ever! Parker’s place is such a beautiful, spacious, accommodating, comfortable, and fun place for entertaining large families (like ours) or big groups, and of all ages. They have thought of everything to ensure every guest enjoys their stay. Besides all the fun things the house offers (pickleball court, dipping pool, grills, karaoke, game room, fire pits, outdoor seating, etc), the furniture and beds are modern & comfortable. The place is well stocked with cookware, spices, grill tools, fresh linens, toiletries, and has very cool decor on top of all that (& this is coming from a Longhorn!). They really thought of everything. I can’t say enough great things about this place. Our entire group would eagerly recommend it to anyone looking for, what we’d consider an all inclusive getaway.

The house was super cool and had so many things to keep guests of all ages entertained. The owner was incredibly responsive and easy to work with. We had a great time here and would definitely want to come back for future visits!

This house is more than just a house to stay at when in College Station. It's more like an all-inclusive kinda place. They have thought of everything here!!! There is plenty of room for large groups. Bedrooms and bathrooms are laid out perfectly. And the entertainment areas...WOW! You have something for everyone!!! I can't wait to stay here again!
