This transitioning neighborhood is a colorful blend of Bryan community and Aggies. Stay in the center of it all!

1.4 miles to Kyle Field
- This is a very mixed neighborhood: there are grad students, undergrads, and community of Bryan residents in a colorful mix of races, ethnic backgrounds and socioeconomic status with multi-million dollar student high rises next door to community housing
- As this unit is very near campus, it is also near the train tracks that divide east and west campus
