The Space:

Hope on Hanover is a one of a kind adorable bungalow situated right on Hanover Park in downtown Brunswick. Not only does this renovated home have all the things you need for your short (or longer) stay, it also gives you direct access to everything downtown has to offer; top restaurants, distilleries, boutique shopping, dessert shops and the Ritz Theater. You are just a quick 7-10 minute walk to all of these things. In addition, you are about 12 minutes from the front door of the home to the beaches of St. Simons Island and about 15 minutes to Jekyll Island beaches.



Inside the inviting space you will find a comfortable living room with a smart TV, couch and recliner. You also have a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer and 1 car garage (off the kitchen). Each bedroom is designed with aesthetic and comfort in mind! The primary bedroom has a king bed and the guest room has two twin beds. There are smart TVs in each bedroom as well.



There is also a desk in the primary bedroom if you need to catch up on some work or like to do a little gaming!



Note:



*This home unfortunately is NOT pet friendly so we ask that you please do not bring pets during your stay.



*Available parking for 3 vehicles. 1 car garage, 1 spot in the driveway and in front of the home (street parking).



*Trailers and boats are to be brought at your own risk of finding available street parking.



*Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.



*Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.



Guests must be at least 24 years old to book this property.



After booking we do require a rental agreement and rental form to be signed in order to stay at our home. We appreciate the understanding on this as we want to protect all parties involved!



There is a $50 non-refundable processing fee that applies to all reservations.



Guest Access:

The home is available via an electronic lock for easy access.



The Neighborhood:

This is the downtown Brunswick neighborhood. You are walking distance to many places such as Hanover Park and the downtown restaurants, boutiques and marina.



Other Things to Note:

For any stay 60 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $100 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund. 



For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.



Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
