I don't travel often, but this is actually the second time I've stayed here while on a road trip. I felt safe, the staff were wonderful, and I love the gated area around the pool. Although the pool wasn't open, there's a lovely sitting area with a propane fire pit table. Had it been cool out like it was on my last trip, I definitely would have had it lit! It's so nice to have an area to kick back and relax after a full day of driving. It's also extremely convenient to have a restaurant on-site. If you're not feeling up to going anywhere else, it's there for you!

The staff were Very helpful and friendly. The hotel is updated, clean and well kept. I loved that the room was nice and cool when I walked in. I didn't have to wait and hope that it would cool down. I loved that I could grab a coffee at the bistro on my way out....especially because I was running late!

Clean and well appointed. Facility seemed understaffed. Tv quote "system not working properly now". Smoke detector not connected. No amenities in bathroom as pictured in website. These items are a matter of management and staff. The on-site manager seemed to be overworked and short of staff. That is not his fault. Beds comfortable. A/C system quiet and easily controlled. Food available at small attended bar in lobby. Access to hwy excellent. Lobby spacious. Room spacious. If you're looking for breakfast it's there, but at a price.

This was an overnight stay on our way back to Florida. Checkin was fine. When we got to our room the door was open & air conditioning not turned on. Ottoman was missing from sofa & only 1 bath towel. I called the front desk for more towels & was told they would get them to us right away. We waited over an hour & still no towels. My husband went down to see what the problem was & was told he needed to come downstairs to pick them up. What???? Checked out early the next morning & waited for the girl in the back to finally come out to the front desk to take our room keys. Not sure if we will stay here again.
