The condo was fabulous! Beautifully decorated, stocked with anything and everything you would need! Comfy beds, great balcony furniture and view! We will definitely be back. Great location too!

Beautiful and Convenient

Three bedrooms and three bathrooms made this the perfect place for us. Parking was easy. I especially liked the coffee shop and restaurant within walking distance. I would stay here again.

Home away from Home

Our family as very comfortable at the condo. We enjoyed our stay, The apartment had all the kitchen utensils and everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the pool and we e enjoyed the waterview. It was like home away from home.

Short Vacation Weekend at St Simon's Island Area

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. It was exactly what we needed for our family. We definitely recommend this unit. The space was more than adequate. It is well equiped. The marina view was wonderful and relaxing. For us, the location was perfect.

Beautiful condo and view

Loved the condo and the location was good. Easy access to the islands and Brunswick. However house keeping wasn't great, the bedding on the master bed wasn't clean and the floors were very dirty!

The property description was very accurate and the unit was very clean and well maintained. The location was perfect. The beaches and attractions on St. Simon's Island were a very short drive, and we could leave the heavy traffic and congestion behind when we returned to this very tranquil and scenic property. The view of the marina is even better than the pictures on the web, and the pool was very nice!

Great Get Away!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great experience. My husband and son-in-law wanted to go fishing but we didn't have enough room or time to pack everything. When I saw the fishing poles in the laundry area, they got excited. They used them while my granddaughter and I played at the playground by the pier. They had a great time and caught a lot! The rental experience was great and the people were great. We cooked every meal and it was a nice, fully equipped kitchen. I would definitely rent through them again.

Reviewer Comments: The condo is beautiful, but there were 4 major problems: 1) flooring lifted in 2 places causing tripping; 2) air purifier went off each night with terrible noise and strong chemical smell. Finally unplugged it; 3) washer leaked from bottom and dryer didn’t dry throughly; 4) patio door wouldn’t lock. Would definitely recommend if these problems corrected.

Great property overall but the wooden flooring needs repair

The location for us was great. Not crowded like the island can get, very easily accessible, has an elevator, short trip across the causeway to all you want. The only comments I have are 1) the wooden flooring presents a trip hazard in a couple locations; it has bubbled up near the living room, and in between the refrigerator and the kitchen island it sticks up…almost as if the installer tried to put too much flooring in places, and 2) the oven’s lower heating element wasn’t working; all I could do was Broil. We cook some so I found it. Overall: absent the occasionally goofy tripping and the oven, this was a great place.

We had a few minor issues with the place, but the property managers seemed interested in taking notes to take care of those items for future guests. I would stay there again. The Coastal Kitchen is a terrific restaurant you can walked to from the property.
