With plenty of room to spread out in this home, you'll have great times of being together and getting solitude too. There's a place for everyone's comfort and easily accommodates up to 10 people..
Need to do a little work while away? Wifi and designated workstation for 2 and private office space makes any virtual work an easy task.
If you haven't experienced the marsh....now is the time. It's a feast for the eyes and the beauty is ever changing. Many prefer the marsh over an ocean view any day. Judge for yourself. There's so much to enjoy here!
Love to cook? How about these 2 ovens, gas stove, expansive frig and pass through window to serve guests on the porch. You'll get great enjoyment out of this well stocked kitchen. In addition to the coffee maker you'll have a large crockpot, Magic Bullet and even a juicer. Live the dream.

Marsh View on East Beach was nothing short of amazing! The house was spacious and clean. Everything we needed was there. Plenty of space for us. The host communicated well. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of showers and bathrooms for the number of bedrooms. View was incredible, especially from the upstairs screened porch. Quiet neighborhood, close to everything, including restaurants. The beach is just a short walk.

Our family recently stayed at this stunning beach house near St. Simons Island’s East Beach, and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience. After going through a very difficult time — some of our loved ones had been affected by a house fire — we were looking for a peaceful place to rest, recharge, and create new memories together. This home provided exactly that and so much more. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how immaculately clean and spacious the house was. Everything felt fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and welcoming. You could tell the owners take great pride in maintaining this home — every room was spotless and beautifully decorated, with comfort in mind. The location is absolutely ideal — just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy for everyone in our group to enjoy the sand and sea whenever we wanted. We especially loved the sunset views from the house — they were nothing short of amazing. The home was also fully stocked with all the amenities we needed — from a well-equipped kitchen to beach gear and cozy living spaces, this was the perfect beach house. It truly felt like a home away from home, which meant everything to us during this time. This trip brought us closer together, reminded us of life’s simple joys, and gave us space to breathe again. We’re so grateful for the care and comfort this home provided. We can’t wait to come back. I highly recommend this beautiful gem to any family looking for a cool beach getaway!
