Beautiful Pet Friendly Ocean Front House with views of Jekyll and Atlantic!
This property is broken up into three separate floors, all with different availability. Ocean front three bedrooms, three and a half bathroom home perfectly located only a few short blocks from The Pier Village. You will even be close to St. Simons' newest attraction - the pickleball courts! You have ocean views from the living room, dining room, sitting area, and kitchen. The porch runs on the ocean side with rockers and chairs for relaxing and enjoying your view of Jekyll and the Atlantic Ocean. There are two gas fireplaces that are only turned on from January – March. Carol’s Grey Side is one of the hardest rentals to get into. Once you have stayed in this property, you will never want to stay anywhere else! Our guests continue to book year after year, so if you see your dates are available, jump on them and get them booked now! Availability usually doesn’t last long! This property has a large laundry room with sink and front load HE washer/dryer. The master bathroom has a large garden tub and separate walk-in shower. There is also a double vanity sink and a walk-in closet in the master bedroom. Each of the other two bedrooms have private use bathrooms with tub/shower combos. They also have walk-in closets. Carol's I has a formal living room, a sitting area, a porch, and an open floor plan living room with beautiful views of the beach. There is a fireplace in both living rooms. TVs are in the master bedroom, formal living room, and open living room and are streaming only. Enjoy carport parking for two vehicles with extra outdoor seating and easy access to the beach, which is directly in front of this beautiful home! The ground floor is the parking garage; this unit is technically on the second story, so there will be a flight of stairs you'll have to use. There is no elevator to this unit, but Carol's II and Carol's Pent House both have private elevators. The beach is tide contingent. CALL THE OFFICE IF YOU ARE BRINGING A PET. Additional cleaning fee of $200.00 and a non-refundable pet fee of $200.00.

Relaxing and cozy getaway
On the sand beautiful ocean view of sunrise and sunset. The house was comfortable and cozy with a great layout. Close enough to walk to shopping and restaurants should you choose. October was the perfect weather no humidity or crowds. We will definitely come again.

Can't get any closer...
This condo unit has it all....location, views, and room for everyone. It was the perfect fit for our vacation!
The only areas of concern were the balcony doors/locks aren't very sturdy/updated, the master shower and one of the guest shower knob is backwards...cold is hot and hot is cold, and the mattresses could use an update.
These items certainly won't keep us from renting again, but would be a nice correction to the property :)
